“Manager on duty is a real one! Today (08/17) around 915a, I was waiting in line to do my normal returns and I walk in to find a heckler (and possibly intoxicated / impaired individual) being incredibly difficult, demanding, and abusive toward the manager on duty.
I won't get into details on the situation but the manager there today provided professional services to the rest of the people waiting in the shop, protected his team, and still managed to handle the perp in a civilized manner. Props to him. He deserves a raise and / or recognition.”
