“My original 2015 Camry SE hybrid battery lasted 145K so kudos to Toyota's reliability and quality. My car was driveable on gas power for a few days, but I could feel the engine was working overtime without the hybrid battery's help.I took it in to Toyota's service and they quoted me just shy of $5K for an OEM battery. I found Greentec online and the reviews were good so I decided to give them a shot. The car was serviced today by KC (great guy, efficient, knows what he's doing) and I was in and out in 1.5 hours. I can already tell the difference with having a new battery. Plus, a new one (not refurbished, though it's available for a cheaper price) cost 45% less than the dealer's quote so I'm pretty happy. I'll recommend this shop to friends and family should they ever need a hybrid replacement.”

“This stop was unexpected. While in route to take care of my one errand a indicator light came on and I somehow didn't have my manual in my glove compartment so I took to YouTube. Found out I needed to check my coolant. Found the nearest auto place to me to avoid any damage due to prolonged driving. The staff were helpful and friendly. As I was purchasing the coolant they advised me to wait at least thirty minutes as a safety measure for the car to cook down and the coolant not explode from the combustion. A nearby Pupusas restaurant was recommended. How timely considering I hadn't eaten. I seem to be notorious for leaving the house on an empty stomach or having very little before leaving home. Anyhoo, Josiah an associate walked me to the Pupusa which was very close but I wasn't too familiar with the area. I ate, returned to the store and Josiah put the coolant in for me. Then I was off to make another stop before heading home. Thank you for taking exceptional care of me O'Reilly.”

“Haven't been here enough times to offer a fully qualified review, but I've always had a fairly good experience the few times I have visited this particular O'Reilly location. As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.”

“I had a very stressful morning , my grandfathers tire popped , and he gave me a $100 bill to go buy him a tire patch , and when I get inside the store a great employee helped me find the tire patches , and when it was time to pay I only had my $100 my grandpa gave me and no card , and the employee by the name of Kylie went out of her way and payed for my item because they had no change ! she payed it out of her own debit card , she was very kind and very helpful . people like her should never go unnoticed she definitely deserves a raise , she is a great person and I will never forget this experience .”

“Eli was awesome !!I went to the O'reilly's down the road showed up 17 minutes before they closed and the door was locked and the guy inside said they were closed already while he was cleaning. Then in a hurry, I called the next O'reilly's down the road from the Location on El Camino. Real and the location here on California street. Eli answered the phone and told me. It was okay to come in at the last minute. He was nice and professional. I appreciate him and hope the owner sees the review.PS. “It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.”

“Great work towards service, Mr. Diego, J and others were very good. Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised.”
