“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. Thank you again Hybrid Experts!”

The staff have always been helpful and professional. The location does get busy, and be aware that there can be a wait for services such as battery testing, code scanning, or windshield wiper installation if there is a line of customers.”

“My car wouldn't started in the valley fair mall. It was late in the day when we were able to get help with jump starting the car. Ricardo told us to come by to see if he can fix it. When we got there, he took a look and only when he was certain that he could fix it did he open everything up and replaced the battery. Super helpful ! He also told us about the guarantee and told us to come back if we had any issues. He went above and beyond to help us.”

There was a minor issue on one of my orders and they more than made up for it without me having to ask, which is appreciated. Nathan in particular helped me a lot with one of my orders.”

“I live about an hour away and had to get motor oil last night. I was originally going to get 1 qt and hope for the best, but was advised to get more than that. Diego ended up cutting me a deal for 5 qt for only 20 dollars or so, he then helped put the oil into my car and sent me off. Very helpful and nice guy, thank you!”

Every time I come in here, I'm impressed by the workers. They are always knowledgeable and know the things they sell.
I once bought coolant and the worker asked if I wanted a funnel. That saved me. Thank you, yes.
Today, I grabbed a bottle of Versachem and the store worker downsold me. He told me if I'm working on one car, they have a small tube which saved me $11! :)
Things here are always on the pricey side, but I'm always happy to pay it for the support I get.

“Not sure who does the hiring decisions here, but I want to give a big thanks to Kyle and Sam from this location for helping me with securing a lightbulb replacement for my vehicle. Not only did they suggest the best part for my vehicle. They also shared with me a warranty and rebate that helped save me $25 on purchasing the higher definition bulbs versus just the regular ones (which after a rebate comes out to the same price.)
I think Kyle is a manager here? And he was very busy but still found the time to help me and even tapped in Sam (one of his associates) to finish up what I needed assistance with.

I told them I was on a budget so they steered me to the right parts, We spent a little time looking for the right ones and they treated me with respect and were extremely friendly putting my mind at ease. Prices were reasonable for a brick and mortar store. Big parking lot, handicap parking close to their front door. It's stores like this that definitely make you feel good shopping there.”
