“It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.”

“In Aug 2023 My Gen 2 Prius received the red triangle of death light. It was still driving fine so I made it home. I took it to my buddies shop and he scanned it with his OBD2 scanner. He printed out the 2 error codes I received. A quick google of the codes resulted that it was a hybrid battery issue & which cell was the issue. After some research I found Prius Hybrid Battery of San Jose. I tried giving them a call but it was a bit difficult to get a hold of a live person, but there were options to leave a message or text them. So I ended up sending them a text with my issues and sent them a picture of my OBD2 scan. They replied a while later with my options of repair. 1) $600 (repair the battery) 1 month warranty. 2) $1200 replace the battery with a refurb 1 year warranty. 3) $2600-3000 (can't remember the exact price) replace with new battery 3 year warranty.I went with the $600 quick fix option. They were really busy so it took them a few days before they could take my car in. I had a busy schedule but they were very accommodating with letting me drop of my car. I dropped off the car on a Saturday and got it back by Tue or Wed if I remember correctly. It's been 4 months since the repair and the car has been great. I would highly recommend this PHBofSJ to do your battery repairs.”

“I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile. Someone please give Tyler a raise he deserves it. Thank you for your help Tyler! We”

“I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. “Who's the moron that authorized removal of multiple phones at the hub? The phone now rings forever and ever before the employees can reach them. Honeslty I usually just hang up. I'm sure someone somewhere understands the business basic that time is money. "Other places" are able to answer their parts phone lines promptly or at least with ok-ish urgency, not saying your employees aren't trying. I know they are, but I also know that place is massive and the volume of calls for parts is extremely high. The current team there (in the hub) is the best ever..... but how many phone rings would you like me to hang on for? I have no qualms about anyone in the hub, they all do very admirably. As I said, they're the best team that place has ever had, hands down above and beyond the prior monkeys that ran and worked the place. I'm complaining at the upper management that removed the phones.I guarantee your sales tickets are less, transfers and shipping out is less, payroll is higher, productivity is lower, less communications, probably more mistakes, and on top of everything you're running your team harder.Not smart to pinch pennies on the phones.July is the best.Anthony is the best.Art is the best.Sabrina is the best.If you want them to do their job and earn you your bonuses give them all the tools they need and maybe some raises. It's 2024.”
