“Had my car battery changed yesterday (on my 2015 Infiniti q50s. Previously changed 6yrs back). The staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this site. You can spend your short wait in the Barnes and Noble down the street and have a coffee there, read a book, or work while the replacement is being worked on. The staff was very informative and not pushy in any way at all.”

“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. Thank you again Hybrid Experts!”
“Bobcat is a hidden gem: it's a little tucked away and not very visible from the street, but definitely worth the search. Prices are great, often half or even a third of retail. Their cheapest batteries are reconditioned, but you would be hard-pressed to tell, they look new and perform just as well. I’ve bought many of their reconditioned batteries over the years and have never had any issues. They also carry sizes that are frequently out of stock at other places, but call ahead to check. You can swap your battery right out front (lots of people do), and they’ll even loan you tools if you need them. Overall, a great place and an asset to the community.”

The staff have always been helpful and professional. The location does get busy, and be aware that there can be a wait for services such as battery testing, code scanning, or windshield wiper installation if there is a line of customers.”

“My car wouldn't started in the valley fair mall. It was late in the day when we were able to get help with jump starting the car. Ricardo told us to come by to see if he can fix it. When we got there, he took a look and only when he was certain that he could fix it did he open everything up and replaced the battery. Super helpful ! He also told us about the guarantee and told us to come back if we had any issues. He went above and beyond to help us.”

“I've bought several batteries here for a camper van, my truck, and a solar project. Always had a great experience and they go out of their way to get their hands on specific hard to find batteries. There was a minor issue on one of my orders and they more than made up for it without me having to ask, which is appreciated. Nathan in particular helped me a lot with one of my orders.”
“Christian was the man! He helped me swap out my battery and made the whole process super easy. I came back later because the foam battery insulator was folded a little, and Hien helped me get it sorted out right away.
Honestly, the whole staff here is great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, even the employees who weren’t directly helping me still greeted me and talked with me. Really good customer service all around. Definitely coming back to this O’Reilly!”

“First manager Geidy is an excellent manager. I bought a starter and sha was very honest in telling me that I should hold on to my original (core) starter. So I did and she was right because she told me that sometimes if it's not the original starter that it might not work. She was right. Starter lasted 2 days before it went out again. Returned it and got a full refund. She is a awesome and very good manager. Just wanted to thank her.”

“I used to have battery replacement at Autozone. I called two locations but none of them had staff to do installation until hours later. So I decided to give it a try at O’Reilly, which I had passed by a thousand times but never entered. Angel helped me with the purchase and installation. He was very professional and patient. “Not sure who does the hiring decisions here, but I want to give a big thanks to Kyle and Sam from this location for helping me with securing a lightbulb replacement for my vehicle. Not only did they suggest the best part for my vehicle. They also shared with me a warranty and rebate that helped save me $25 on purchasing the higher definition bulbs versus just the regular ones (which after a rebate comes out to the same price.)
I think Kyle is a manager here? And he was very busy but still found the time to help me and even tapped in Sam (one of his associates) to finish up what I needed assistance with.
