He also called the store, alerting them to my arrival so that they would save the cans for me to purchase. The customer service was terrific! In fact, Dunn Edwards has a wonderful reputation for very knowledgeable staff with a "can-do" attitude. No questions or request is too much to ask. They will go above and beyond to help you.”

“I have to saw I've had my moments with some of the salesmen that have been assigned to my account . ( I have not seen a salesman in a least 5 years ) boy do I miss the great Anthony Zito best salesman I have ever had ! We have been buying from bradley since they started selling Wilson art laminate . If it wasn't for the above and beyond service I receive from there best inside salesman Bryan Tummons I would buy a lot less. I have seen a lot of changes from the top down . A lot of new people and that's a good thing . The thing I find the most amazing are the people who come into will call looking for 1 hinge TYING UP THE COUNTER FOR THOSES OF US WHO CALLED IN A ORDER . I don't know how many times I've helped people looking for something trade related . I think there should be 2 separate will call people one for accounts and one for good luck finding it. Maria at will call is AWSOME she is a hard working woman that does everything she can for the customer and always very nice . I know there is a new branch manager we have spoke a few times . Seems to be very involved In trying to work out some of the problems. That's my 2 cents worth after all .......laminate specialist since 1965 !”

“Clean, well-organized warehouse. Friendly sales staff. I came in on a weekday afternoon looking for a couple of rolls of plastic sheeting. Matt T. walked me over to the right section and even helped load the super-heavy boxes in my truck bed. I was happy to be in and out in a few minutes. They have an in-house repair facility and a large outdoor power tool section I plan to check out next time I stop by.”

“Tools are strong, warranty is reliable.I have brought about 4 tools here because I drag them in the dirt, mud, insulation. They have rebuild them or given me new tools. And so far not paid a dime.Bring these guys a box of doughnuts or canned drinks ! They will go the extra mile for you!Replaced or serviced items: hammer drill, drill, battery charger, small jack hammer.(We have about 30 tools.)”

“Got a special saw with a blade from Japan here. Using it is like night and day from the old rusty one I was using for a special custom project. Beautiful saw blade. Told one of the ladies here what I was doing and what material I was cutting. Explained the issue of fraying and crushing with other methods. Very quickly she walked me to the best possible option she could think of. I was able to try it out and the price was marked on the package. Can't do that when you buy online. People working here wore masks. I'm not sure if customers are supposed to. Big open store with fewer people inside - so I think its as safe as it gets. What was a tedious job was now so much quicker. I hate to collect more and more tools but there is no way around that... I tried.”

“I was at Home Depot Hesperian, Hayward, today looking for a backdoor gate. I asked an employee doing her job, named FATIMA, she dropped what she was doing and immediately took care of me. I didn't know the name that I was looking for and she brought me around to finally end at the backdoor gates and referred me to Christina.Both were very professional yet friendly. “My wife and I have undertaken the daunting job of upgrading our home.The first thing on the list was our kitchen appliance suite.We shopped many stores and purveyors of appliances... and I mean MANY.Our first replacement was the refrigerator. We found that this HD store and its service, personnel and subcontractors, stands apart.As indicated, we shopped refrigerators and ended up back at this HD store. Our decision was a result of selection, the sales personnel and after sales service.We purchased the refrigerator and it was installed. We were totally pleased.We then, a month later, shopped for a dishwasher. Once again, shopped around. Ended up back at this store. Again, totally satisfied.Stove/oven, same process. Done.Clothes washer, busticated. Same process, ended up at this store..... more to come... Later.”
