He assisted us , two senior citizens, with a new account setup and data transfer with a level of patience and expertise that impressed us greatly. He addressed every question we had thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. As mentioned earlier, we were there multiple times & his services were consistent throughout each visit. He is very knowledgeable about different brands of cell phones. Employees like him are the reason we senior citizens are not intimidated by new technology & feel safe to change phone carrier & changed to new phone.”
