But I just wanted to say that every time I've come to this location, they've been extremely nice and helpful.
I was returning equipment today and even after cancelling service and and returning equipment, the lady was still very nice and easy to talk to (sorry I didn't catch her name).
Who knows maybe if my new ISP doesn't work out, maybe I'll be back just because of the staff here.”

“I stopped by the Xfinity store on Hesperian Boulevard in San Leandro because our promotional pricing had expired and our bill had jumped significantly. We had a great experience at this location the last time we needed help, so we decided to come back—and once again, they delivered.
Maria was absolutely fantastic. At first, it looked like there weren't any promotions available that would meet our family's needs, and I was even getting ready to call the 800 customer service number. While I was in the store trying to make that call, Maria asked me to come back to her station because she wanted to keep looking. I'm glad she did.
She really took the time to do a deep dive into all the available options and ended up finding a much better solution than I expected. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even introduced me to some streaming bundle options through Xfinity that I didn't know existed. With so many streaming services these days, it was interesting to learn there may actually be a way to simplify some of those costs.
Maria was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed invested in helping us find the best value—not just making a sale. She got us set up with a new plan and new equipment, and the entire process was quick and easy. When I got home, the setup went exactly as she said it would and everything was up and running in no time.
Big thanks to Maria and the entire team at this store. Every time we've come in, we've been treated well and received excellent service. It's refreshing to find a retail location where people are willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Highly recommended.”
“If you want detailed and knowledgeable answers to your questions, ask for Alex B. at this T-Mobile store. I needed a new phone and had one in mind. He answered all the questions I didn't already know about it, and validated my choice. Then he calmed my fears about transferring my data by telling me to just come back once my phone arrived, and he would transfer everything for me.”

“this Monday afternoon around 5, we originally went in to cancel our service and switch to another carrier. However, the representative told us that he could help us keep a very competitive rate and even offered us an additional phone line at no extra cost for an year. He also helped us transfer our current phone numbers on the spot, and the entire process went very smoothly.
The representative was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole experience. It was a wonderful customer service experience, and we are very grateful for all of his assistance. Please extend our sincere thanks to him.”
