“this review is for michael who was super nice and helpful with activating my new iphone 15 pro. I had already bought the phone from apple but am not totally comfortable setting it up myself so I went in hoping for some assistance. michael was able to do everything for me, it was a $30 charge but I didn't mind because I left with my new phone connected and my backup on there all within about half an hour. I'm sure customer service varies on who helps you out but just wanted to give credit where it's deserved!”

“Came in & found that the store went through management change which made me feel unsure at first, however the new manager sat with me & addressed my issue to make sure my issue was resolved. Then found some space in my account to get me a new phone for upgrade for a steal. Great team & effort!”
