“Last week I switched my carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile, the customer service at TMobile Newark assisted me. Johnathan, who is not only thorough and knowledgeable but went out of the way to help me with what was best for me since I wanted to stay in my budget. He stayed back and did overtime and made sure the data transfer smoothly transferred in spite of me forgetting my iCloud password , he stayed calm and composed. Since I had mentioned that I was traveling and made sure I have everything on my phone. Johnathan did not care about his long commute from Newark to Oakland which he had to cover that late at night. Seeing is compassion and hard work, I must say TMobile is very lucky to have him because people like Johnathan are very rare to find. He is a Gem with humanity and humbleness.I went for one phone service but ended up taking 3 phone services. Even up to me I will give 100 stars And also would like to see him a store manager very soon upon my next visit. Thank you Johnathan for being my agent .”

Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! “I don't have the need to physically go to a T-Mobile store often since I try to do most things online. Yet, when it's T-Mobile Tuesdays and they have giveaways then this is the place I stop by. This is a corporate store and just recently went through an indoor remodel. I love the look, from the displays, the seating area, the sales counters, it's a vibe. A welcoming, relaxed vibe. I've always have a pleasant experience with all associates when I stop by. They greet you as soon as you walk in, check you in, and are so helpful and nice. I just recently went to purchase a new phone for a gift. I called to see if they had the phone, they said they did, I told them I would be there soon and when I went in to purchase, I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. Perfect. It's next to Michael's across from Five Below in the Fremont Hub shopping center. There is plenty of parking. Side random note: I enjoy that staff wear T mobile clothing and they all get to choose what they want to wear. It's a uniform that doesn't look like a uniform because it keeps in mind individuality.”

“53ft trailer. There are two truck entrances, I used Java street, so the dock was on driver side of my truck.But check parked cars before you enter, because you will stuck if you will use Java entrance and somebody uses corner parking spots. So other way is to use main truck entrance on Boregas Ave, back in insideBecause there's no space to u turn for 53 feet trailer. Parking is very difficult, if you have small experience - just avoid , it's very easy to damage trailer swing doors while backing, pay attention to it.Also, after loading, it's too tight, if you have swing doors on your trailer, double check everything before pulling forward. It may to get damage to your door or even fully remove it.But staff is friendly, they helped me a lot. One guy he pushed my trailer door and helped me to get out from this loading dock.”

It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this.
