“The problem with phone companies is that they just verify that service goes to your building. They test the lines remotely and tell you that service is present. Your phone may still be dead, and so you are left requesting that they come out to check. Inevitibly, they do find a signal and they charge you an arm and a leg. You are responsible for what you do with the signal at the box. Joseph came in and found that of the 4 lines that we had, 2 were crossed and one had a signal that would go on and off. He rewired everything and even called Xfinity to get everything in working order. In a world of cell phones, land lines are fading. And the technicians who work on the wiring are difficult to find. Keep TCS's phone number in your back pocket, you never know when you may need them.”
“If you want detailed and knowledgeable answers to your questions, ask for Alex B. at this T-Mobile store. I needed a new phone and had one in mind. He answered all the questions I didn't already know about it, and validated my choice. Then he calmed my fears about transferring my data by telling me to just come back once my phone arrived, and he would transfer everything for me.”

“this Monday afternoon around 5, we originally went in to cancel our service and switch to another carrier. However, the representative told us that he could help us keep a very competitive rate and even offered us an additional phone line at no extra cost for an year. He also helped us transfer our current phone numbers on the spot, and the entire process went very smoothly.
