“Scheduled appointment makes it real quick and easy. Arrive 5 mins before appointment time. Check in and wait to be called. Phlebotomists are friendly.Please do not come for walk in, it’s just a waste of time, as they attend walk in only if there is a cancellation ( which is almost never)”

“I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews—I'm so glad I didn’t read them beforehand, or I might have been too nervous to go. I’ve been to this place at least five times now, and each visit has been a positive experience. I must have been lucky to encounter such kind and empathetic receptionists—they truly set a welcoming tone right from the start. The technicians were professional and, in most cases, excellent at both finding veins and offering reassurance, even when dealing with my child who was anxious to get a blood draw for the first time. Their patience and encouragement made all the difference. Based on my repeated visits, I feel confident recommending this place.”

There was one situation where one of the receptionists tried to pull, by letting a woman cut me in line. I check that staff member with a quickness I don't play that shit. Other than that it's a good establishment”

Check-in procedure is very easy and friendly.
Reminding emails and text messages sent to me were proper and helpful. The staff called me on time (no delay). She is friendly and nice.
The restroom is good. It will be nicer if the restroom can also provide paper towel (it doesn’t have).
The restroom has dryer instead.
Overall it was a very good experience at Quest. Called me even before the appointment time. (On time) staff was polite and professional. Environment was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Parking was easy and closed. Test result was completed very quickly.”

“I signed in. I was called back in a short amount of time. Sharina Ali was pleasant, professional, nd exceptionlly proficient at her job. She listened to my concerns about her getting my blood. I have thin, rubbery veins. She was gentle and so good at sliding in the needle. She explained about the different vials of blood the Dr had ordered. I hope you let her know how positive my experience with her was.”
