I dropped my Pixel 6a phone which caused Screen Bleeding, and if it weren't for the custom ROM I had on my phone, they were able to replace the screen within a day (but because of my ROM they took a few days until we all realized it was the OS). Will definitely come back if I ever need similar service again.”

“I had a problem with my iPhone and it was feeezing up time to time. I came here to get it checked and the only issue was the software and was told to close my apps. Very nice guy and very helpful where I went to another store and they said it was screen related. Thanks for saving money”

“I went on to eBay to try to find a Galaxy A20 phone for local pickup and found this place through that. Didn't buy it online- decided to just drive out since they said they had about 20 of them. Was pretty stressed as money was low and was needing a reliable new phone immediately. Awesome deal on this at only around $90 and now a number of weeks later, phone still working awesomely- no issues and it's perfect- absolutely like new. Also, the gentleman who sold me the phone made the process very quick and efficient. He was very polite and friendly and answered all the questions I had very clearly. I visited for the CVS Pharmacy inside the store. Minimal number of people on a weekday late afternoon. Parking lot is large and wasn't too crazy.”
“I was somewhat apprehensive to go here for help based on the reviews, but in the end I happy that I decide to go here. I went to store when it wasn’t busy to avoid potential for long waits. Couple of the reps help me transfer 5 lines and 3 wearables from AT&T to T mobile. I had to go to the store because I couldn’t do it via website nor speaking with call center due to a system error message. The store reps were incredibly helpful. They resolve my issue and transferred all of my lines. The made extra effort to show me how to setup T mobile app, walked me through how to subscribe free streaming, and showed me how to file for promo rebate. They also pointed out few rebates that I wasn’t aware of which I would have missed out on otherwise. All of this took time because excellent customer service often takes time, but I do see how there could be potential for long wait times. My suggestion is to try going during non busy hours. Perhaps early weekend morning as I did.”
