“The best and quickest service we've had at a UPS Store til date. Was looking for UPS stores in the area providing notary services as well as passport pictures and came across this location. Ami, I believe the store manager, did an amazing job helping us out. Upon arrival, she walked us through the process and explained everything along the way. She even took the extra efforts to make sure we had all the correct documents. Would definitely recommend this location for all your notary and passport services. P.S. Was surprised to learn this location has been around for 35 years or so.”
“I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL.
This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.”

“I took US passport photos here a few times. The staff is very professional and efficient. The shop got good lighting equipment and pay attention to details. So you don’t need to worry about the photos don’t meet visa requirements.
The overall experience is much better than alternatives like CVS, Walgreen, or UPS store.
The only downside is that there might be a long waiting line towards the end of the day.”

“Fast and efficient service thanks to Ricky! Overall friendly customer service here! I had a rushed job for the next day and the online website estimated 12pm and in person was 2pm for this location. I ended up coming in early the day of for printing. After being unable to print $700+ training materials for an event due to the $80 printer credit card limit, I would have needed to be here for a long time. I was in a pickle! Ricky offered to make the printouts himself. Ricky to the rescue!!! What a lifesaver! He even took time to double check witthat the copies turned out ok before he finished them! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

“Today there was no line and it was perfect as I was returning a large box. I could barely carry it to the counter and the lady on the receiving end leaned all the way to help pick it up out of my hands.
It was an amazon package I was returning.
Besides UPS shipping they have notary, printing, passport service, fax, pack and ship, mailbox etc.
I used their notary service earlier and it was fast and efficient.”
