“The Sales Rep “ MOE “ was very helpful with showing me sectionals and helping me find something that I really liked. Very friendly and made the process smooth sailing , he helped with finding an affordable finance option. I was offered to get my delivered to me the same day I purchased it. When I said I needed it delivered at a further date they were very understanding. The delivery guys were also awesome, they contacted me and let me know of the expected time and arrived when they said they would. They asked me about placement and how I would like it set up, once they were done they cleaned up their mess and wished me a good day. Definitely recommend and I will be going back for my furniture in the near future.”
“While my children were growing up I would always go to El Paso for furniture, and even after they were grown my children and myself have continued to going to El Paso it's been sort of a family tradition to get our furniture from them. The old owner had retired and he usually gave good bargains sometimes discounts, what years have passed years had gone and my daughter started to go to JK Furniture here in Fresno California and I will tell you that is the worst experience I ever had. The first time I order a chest drawer from them and was supposed to be the silver one kind of with little lights or sparkle around it but instead they sent me a brown chest drawer, I let that slide, but now they tried to give me something I did not order and came up with several excuses. One of the first excuses they gave me was they sold my item, and have to reorder another one, but when that did came the delivery man said that they couldn't get it up stairs and therefore they took it back. Okay now this is good the store lady tried to cover it up buy indicating giving me a different one but it was hideous, then she tried to charge more money for it and I wasn't going to go there, that scheme didn't work so they tried to give me something that was even hideous from the first one, and this one look like a rug and it was hideous than the first one that they tried to push onto me. And then further on when requesting a refund, they try to cover up their scheme I'm trying to pull the carpet underneath me and said that my daughter what's the one who can make a decision and yet what they did not know I kept the original receipt this is form of fraud I would not recommend anyone going there. If you want honest furniture then continue to go to El Paso furniture at least you know what you're getting”

I will return to purchase floor mirrors & vanity set. I’m big on customer service. I’m locked in as a customer. Expensive but worth it I always paid cash for items. I request fast delivery w/ fee request was met respectfully. Delivery fee very reasonable. Communication is perfect no bad attitude like some Business owners. Always greeted w/ positive attitude when entering store. If you can afford good furniture. You should shop w/ them. Plus their delivery guy has moving service. With fee helped me move into our Five bedroom home. We have a lot expensive furniture & had lots of boxes. Moved everything in one load in their extra large truck. Also helped set up beds w/ fee of $2,000. I will be hire delivery guy again. On my next home purchase to help us move. I didn’t have to touch anything delivery guy very respectful & communication is great. ???”
