“I had an excellent experience here! Brought my car in after months of it being at another shop where they messed my car up worse than how I dropped it off with them. Went back and forth with my adjuster about finding a new shop to handle my car's repairs and we agreed on Francis Collision Centre due to the high review count and the high rating. Kevin was the one who took care of my car, handling the project and keeping me updated on the process. He inspected it, wrote the preliminary estimate for my insurance and I and also made sure the job was done right. My car had stayed here for a while, but knowing it was being taken care of and making sure it was done right was more important to me than getting it back a few days later worse than how I dropped it off. Kevin was honest to me about pricing, provided the estimate to me directly, which isn't something the other shop did, and sent me photos of the damages the other shop had done. My only regret was not coming here from the beginning for my car's repairs. Really impressed with the work done and the quality of their cleaning of the interior and exterior of my car before giving it back to me. Just had my car cleaned by Kevin and his guys, and I am very impressed with their work. Should anything happen to my own or someone's car that I know, I will recommend this shop 100%! “Had my car vandalized at work and the entire side had to be repainted. 100% recommend Montgomery AB - their team did an amazing job at getting the paint right (I have the deep candy blue paint, and I knew that if something would happen to my car, it would be hard to get it right) and their team did an amazing job. Job quality is outstanding. They got my car fixed up within about a week (and this was a big project).”
“This is definitely a good place to take your car in for repairs! They took great care of my car! They even repaired a couple of other things that they noticed free of charge. I took my vehicle to Preferred Collision to repair a bumper. However, they noticed that one of my rear lights wasn’t turning on, so they replaced it. And they also noticed that the back right door wasn’t opening, so they fixed it! They worked with my insurance professionally and did everything fast!!! I recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“The team at Greenway Auto Body were very informative when explaining the details of how they were going to make the repairs on my vehicle. When I got my vehicle after the repair it looked just as it did when I drove off the lot.
I especially was thankful to Joe I believe his name, for the comparison of the other estimate from a shop charging me unneeded stuff.

“I called and talked to the Owner Alfred Moran Jr. to make an appointment to come bye and get an estimate. Alfred suggested I drop bye on the way home from work. I got there at 3:30 pm just before they closed at 4:00 pm. Alfred and his Father Moran Sr. came out to greet me after I pulled into the yard and was directed to one of their service bays. They offered me a chair and let me sit near by and watch while their young and talented staff put my car on their hoist rack to inspect the air shield that had been damaged and needed to be reattached to my car. They had me out in less than 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me there would be no charge for their services this their work. I tipped the two technicians and thanked Alfred and his Father for treating me so fairly and told them I would definitely be back if I needed any body work down the road. The were so friendly, professional and attentive to getting my car put back together quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend you give Alfred a call if you need any auto body repairs.”
“Curbed the wheel on my brand new, 4 day old 2026 Cadillac Lyriq V. Went to a few shops that said they would only be able to match the repair at 80%. A friend recommended Secure It New and he said that they do all the repairs for local car dealerships. Took it to Secure it New and they were very upfront and professional. I was told the repair would be closer to 90-95%. Without hesitation I left my car in their care. Three days later the repair was done and it looks amazing. Can't even tell the rim was damaged. Thankfully I had an add on wheel damage warranty. They worked seamlessly with the warranty company and the entire repair cost me zero out of pocket.
