“I recently had my passenger rear window replaced by Superior Auto Glass and couldn't be more impressed. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day, which I wasn't expecting at all. On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable especially for the quality of work and how quickly they got it done. I had called around before and Superior Auto Glass beat the competition without cutting any corners. Randy was knowledgeable and courteous. The work itself was quick, clean and precise. It's rare to find a business that combines quality work with that level of responsiveness. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, look no further. Superior Auto Glass has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!”

“Such excellent service from start to finish! I was thoroughly impressed by Francis Collision Centre's care, quality, and overall attention-to-detail for repairing my car (as well as coordinating with my car insurance company) after its accident. My car looked brand new after its repairs were complete, which was so spectacular! I primarily worked with Esmeralda & Danielle (from Customer Service Staff) and Kevin (from Insurance Relations Staff), and they were all so wonderful, supportive, and super helpful & informative throughout the entire process! Esmeralda and Danielle were so kind and welcoming during my appointments and did an amazing job with coordinating with my car insurance company. They kept me updated on my car's repair status throughout the process, and even arranged my car rental while my car was getting repaired (which I greatly appreciated)! Kevin was very knowledgeable and informative of the car repair process, and did an incredible job of explaining the repairs that were done to my car during each appointment. He was very welcoming and kind, and made sure my car was in excellent hands as it was getting repaired (which I also greatly appreciated)! Overall, I'm so grateful for the amazing experience I had with Francis Collision Centre, and would highly recommend everyone to work with them! Thank you so much to Esmeralda, Danielle, Kevin, and the rest of the Francis Collision Centre team for doing such phenomenal work! :-)”

“Connie got me an appointment so quick. She was so kind and fun to talk to. And when I got to the shop earlier than scheduled, they still took my car in right away and finished a superb job very fast. I think it was Juan that serviced my car. He was awesome. Only took about an hour! And best part. It ended up being cheaper than quoted. So glad someone (I don't know who) recommended this place to my hubby. Trustworthy and fast!”

“I had what I thought was an emergency so I immediately tried to find the best place to care for me and my car. Having come back to California I was excited to be treated right again after spending the past 20 years getting ripped off in a mixed bag in Georgia. However, Jeff and Christine went above and beyond the call of duty and treated me like I was family right away. They saw I was panicked and nervous and in a town I’m not familiar with and I thought when I hit a curb and heard loud bangs that something was leaking or my bumper was broken but they calmly assessed the car and without immediately jumping to charging me or charging insurance they said “you are only really looking at a cosmetic scratch and and a screw and square that was ripped off but we can fix that easy. Once Jeff fixed it, I fully expected a possible inflated bill of hundreds of dollars to have to negotiate down but instead he said “no charge” and I really wanted to cry right then truly happy tears that good people and organizations still exist after being taken advantage of so much in this country. I promised them that should I ever need to they’ve definitely earned my business from the very beginning of my appointment setting with Corey to having the boss himself look at my car and ensure I wasn’t left in any cracks or grey areas after being 2000 miles away from home means a lot to me. This is the type of place to work for and to patronize and I will point other business your way as well. I’m deeply grateful that others do business the way that I do. You don’t have to charge exorbitant figures right away it’s time that and reputation, and empathy that really pays. Thank you ❤🫂😎”

“Carrol-David is awesome. I own a Painting company, and one of my customers had a torn screen. I wanted to fix it for her. We found Carrol-David and their pricing was WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than the others, and they’re happy to do a single screen without penalizing you for the small job. Very friendly, easy to work with, quick, affordable and they know their stuff. Thanks for your help, guys!!”

“Rick did an awesome job on my vehicle and his prices are outstanding. My headlights had some major stain and I couldn't remove it myself. Rick spent a good amount of time on restoring my headlights and now they look like new. Rick even fix my crack windshield. I called other places and they were charging 2-3 times the amount. Go with Rick, you will get a good deal. Also, he takes insurances as well.”
