The manager, Claire, is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are what make this store stand out. Honestly, if it weren’t for Claire, this location would be just like the others I’ve tried and some of those experiences were pretty rough. She’s the reason I keep coming back. “I chose to go to Bays Printing after I read the rave reviews. This guy David sounded too good to be true, met expectations quickly and sometimes ahead of schedule, and did professional quality printing. I was a bit wary about going in when I arrived at his location on Blackstone south of Shields. There were bars on the windows and door, but I was there and I wanted to see how I felt about this guy David. I could tell him I was just getting estimates and leave quickly if I felt uncomfortable. But it was just the opposite. I felt like I had come home. I was greeted warmly, given good advice on my project, and liked the estimate! I was there in an afternoon and my printing job was ready for pick up the next morning. Did I like what I saw when I looked at the finished product. Yes! Would I bring printing jobs to David again? Yes! Would I recommend him to friends and family? Yes! And did I think David was "too good to be true?" No! He was truly, truly good--a good person and kind to this old woman!”
