She assisted me with and directed me towards a place where I could begin to process my specialized order and assured me that if I needed any support, they would help me with any challenges. After finally uploading the necessary content from my phone, Dirk patiently assisted me with customization. Not only did he help me craft the obituary according to my cousin's request, he offered suggestions to make the final product even more than we'd imagined. He was very patient as I checked in with my cousin to show her the template, and he even recommended a special cardstock which added an even nicer finishing touch. “Ask for Desiree! She deserves 5 star.4 stars was because wait time was a little longer than usual.Desiree went above and beyond. I'm a watercolorist and invest in quality cotton watercolor paper journals. I wanted my journal to be spiral bounded but did not want them to handle the pages and leave oils from hands on my paper because it can resist the watercolors. Desiree offered to wear gloves and said she would personally cut and bind my journal. It was a bit pricey but will return for more binding if Desiree handles my order. She was awesome and the results were fantastic.”

“Summary: I went to Spectra to have a rubber address stamp made. The people were friendly and helpful and the product is excellent. Using the phone is preferable to email. Detail: My only complaint is that email, while fast, does not always get to the right people. in spite of a double-checking of my email address, the proof was still sent to the wrong place. After calling, the proof was re-sent right away. I made some changes, and a new proof was emailed back within a day. I approved the new proof. However, the stamp wasn't ready in the next couple of days as promised, so I called again. Somehow the right people never received my approval. After that phone call, the stamp was indeed ready a few days later. We used it to stamp wedding invitations. They looked great, we saved on printing costs, and we won't have to handwrite our return address for a long, long time.”
