“What an amazing store! We visited during their open house. The store's displays were out of this world and gave some great ideas for any level of seasonal decorating needs. Their do-it-yourself area of flowers/succulents, vases/containers/baskets, ribbons/tules, etc. was fully stocked. A great resource for all.”

“A relatively inexpensive but family-sentimental ceramic ballerina was smashed into tiny bits by the male brat-cat of the house. A full search of Fresno resulted in repair rejection, seemingly based on detail required, monetary value of the piece or lack of necessary expertise. Then came Ryan and The Finishing Touch. Honest from the first call through the entire process about cost (likely more than the piece), time required (not a short period project) and expected result (likely close to original al but no promises). So the broken ballerina and all her bits were brought over and Ryan undertook restoration.The piece was picked-up today and - wow. It is perfectly restored to its original beauty and amazingly so. Ryan actually pieced together every little chip, masterfully filing any gaps and matching even the paint to its original sentimental state. If you have any piece worth saving Ryan and The Finishing Touch is your destination. Any family memory is worth the price of restoring it. Ryan’s and TFT’s expertise is worth every reasonable charge as this is art and restoration at its finest.”

It was so bright from the sun it was hot and hard to pay as I was blinded with sun shining through. I can only imagine how hot these employees will get when summer really hits. “I love Vondas ! It is my far the best store in Fresno for gifts , China, Bridal & Baby registry. The service is outstanding and it's the same crew that has been there for years! They always greet you with a warm welcome. I love walking in there because it's organized and decorated beautifully ! My husband and I registered for our wedding 28 years ago and they still carry Herend which is our China pattern. Sometimes if I need a quick gift I will call Michael and he will come up with ideas within my price range. This is a store you don't want to miss!”

“Apparently something has changed since a lot of these negative reviews. I was in this store last weekend based on our landscaping designer’s recommendation. She purchased their furniture (not sure how long ago) and is very pleased with their purchase. She said the quality couldn’t be compared to the big chain stores selection but it was expensive. She did say it wasn’t cheap. As I entered the store, Mike greeted me immediately with a smile asked what brought me in and how I heard about them. He was very helpful and informative and walked me through the different features and styles of the sets I was looking at and put no pressure on me. I did not buy on that day but he gave me his card and a catalog of the furniture I had looked at and thanked me for coming by. I returned today ( a week later) with my husband and we we were greeted by Mike with another friendly welcome. I’m sure the inventory situation is much better than what it was during COVID where the negative complaints were given. We were all frustrated at that time. But I wanted to give this review to let others who may be considering this store as an option that we had a very pleasant experience. In fact, we left there to go check on a barbeque island we had made at a local store and had one of the worst customer service experience we’ve had in years. The two extremes made it very clear who was handling their business correctly. We have our own business and although we don’t sell to the public, we take great pride in our team which have always treated our customers with the utmost respect. So I understand the important aspects of running a good business and it’s all about the customer service.”

“People were very nice and eager to sale. It’s been a little over a year and the spring broke on the manual couch that is used by company . So not used hardly at all! The spring broke while we were sitting on the electrical couch! It’s 75$ for an assessment then 100-125 and hour to fix it!! We spent thousands of dollars on this furniture. It shouldn’t be falling apart!! I thought that lazy boy furniture would be a lot stronger and better constructed. That’s why we bought there. We wanted to have our furniture for a long time!”

I was expecting to be in line for forever and wasn’t familiar with the Ross policies. I had my receipt and Shalay made the process a breeze and her customer service was on point! She was so friendly and was a speedy cashier with a long line. Her positive energy made my day after a long shift at work.
