I LOVED THE MOM N' POP FEEL OF THE SHOP. IT WAS NOTHING LIKE DEALING WITH OTHER MATTRESS CHAINS, THAT REALLY PRESSURED ME TO MAKE A PURCHASE AND BE UPSOLD. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. IT'S A VERY RELAXED ENVIRONMENT AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SO QUICK AND EASY. I LOVED THAT I WAS ABLE TO TRY OUT THE MATTRESSES TO KNOW I TRULY LOVED WHAT I WAS PURCHASING. I ALMOST PURCHASED A $6500 MATTRESS FROM A BIG BOX STORE, BUT DECIDED TO GIVE MATTRESS BY APPOINTMENT A TRY. IT WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I COULD I MADE! NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE THE MATTRESS I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE, THEY HAD AN UPGRADED VERSION FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST AS WELL AS A 20 YEAR WARRANTY! I SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, AND THE BED IS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES I COULD OF MADE.
THE TRANSACTION PROCESS WAS QUICK AND BEAU EVEN HELPED ME SECURE THE MATTRESS TO MY ROOF AND PROVIDED ME FREE RATCHET STRAPS TO FIRMLY SECURE IT TO THE TOP OF MY VEHICLE. I PLAN ON COMING BACK FOR ALL MY MATTRESSES AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR HIGH QUALITY, BRAND NEW MATTRESSES THAT COME WITH AN AMAZING WARRANTY, LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

I had only heard about Purple beds through commercials, but after testing them out in person, I was genuinely impressed with their quality and warranty. The prices were also very reasonable.

He understood our budget and directed us to a great selection of mattresses where it would fit our budget. Brandon is patient and provided knowledgeable answers to any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured and there were no up-selling either. On top of the already great experience, we were given a good deal on the purchases including the sale that was already happening. “I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here so want to counter that. I purchased my Saatva mattress in 2016, manufactured by this family-owned business. Six years in and I'm still loving it. I recommended this mattress to at least 3 others who also purchased and love their's. I never heard of this company until my mattress arrived, then did some research. I love that they are 3d generation family-owned, employing locals, and using local shipping companies to deliver their product. I would not hesitate to buy another mattress manufactured from them.”

“Very disappointed with our furniture and USA furniture owned by the same person it took them 3 moth after I paid my kitchen. Table and chairs. They lack a lot of communication and they gave me the wrong color. And yet not a callback. And they talking about if I don't want it they gonna charge me a re-stock fee smh there goes my 800$”
