Rodney and gale were great at front counter customer service. Friendly and very helpful. Overall experience with Payless rent a car was amazing and will gladly rent through them again.

Charged me for an extra day, stating that I dropped rental off a day later than I actually did. Don't use key drop, make sure you get someone to sign off if dropping early!
