I am extremely impressed. The only offputting aspect was when I got home. I went to remove the price tag since it was a surprise gift for my husband and saw that there was another price tag underneath that was cheaper than the first I peeled off. Reminded me of the Target price tagging issues. I hope it was a 1 off or a fluke cause we will definitely be back to support!β

βI donβt usually shop at Sephora since many of their stores are located in more upscale areas, but this visit was a really positive experience. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Lory was the salesperson who helped us, and while I know assisting customers is part of her job, her kindness really stood out. She went back and forth to the storage area to find different items and also made some great suggestions.
I truly recommend this store. Without even knowing anything about me personally, Lory made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the visit. Thank you, Lory, for such a pleasant experience.β
βI'd rate it higher if i could! Never felt more welcomed anywhere! Marty was amazing and so fun to talk to that we went on about music for even an hour after closing! Now i own the most amazing fringe leather jacket and Dokken shirt! Along with a free Dokken pin he threw in ??Trust me when i say this place is VERY much worth a visit! Definitely my new favorite place to go and i will without a doubt be coming back soon! ??β

βI was looking for a specific style of long sleeve button down shirt for casual wear and outdoor activities similar to what I had purchased online 3 years ago from another company that had been discontinued. When I searched online for similar shirts 5.11 along with several other companies were identified. After checking out all of the other brands online and going to a couple of local stores and not finding what I was looking for without compromising some of the features I really wanted. I was surprised to find that 5.11 had a store in my area, not being at all familiar with 5.11 and having some questions about some features of their shirts when I was looking online, I went to the store and found the exact style of shirt with ALL of the features I wanted (5.11 Taclite Pro L/S). Vanessa the customer service rep that helped me was great and even tracked down one of the other colors I wanted and ordered for me. My wife and I love outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking, cycling, snowshoeing) and traveling and have purchased a lot of our casual/active ware from places like REI and I was completely surprised by the quality and wide range of activewear for both men & women and the prices are reasonable and competitive with other retailers.The wife and I will definitely be purchasing our activewear from 5.11 in the future.β

Entrances are in the front and back so there's tons of parking. Something I've never seen before is a customizable clothing station where you can add any patches you want, right in the store! βIt's a good place to go for some gothic stuff. But it's not like it used to be when I was young. It was all gothic now you find Disney stuff next to the goth stuff. Good place for t-shirts too. Nothing wrong with Disney, but do they really have to be in every store. They've got other franchises that aren't gothic either. And like I said, have no problem with them, just that it's everywhere.β
