“It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. She explained offers and plans and what would work best for us without hesitation. We purchased our watches and will definitely be going back for our phones. Glad we decided to give the store another try and found a badass worker Vianney you definitely made our night with your customer service and care”
“I needed a replacement for my phone which was still under warranty and Patsy helped us out. She was fantastic! I have kind of an obvious neurological handicap and she was so sensitive and nice about it. She even handed the new phone over to us with the screen brightness all the way down. I was very much impressed as this is invaluable to me. She helped us out with the new screen protector as well, because you know im the type of girl that will break my new phone before I make it out of the parking lot #fivestars #incredible”

“Very spacious and efficient in receiving customers and handling them. Used to be a Sprint store until I merged with T-Mobile and they came strictly at T-Mobile store. Would return there again and was very pleased with the layout, interior layout. The customers who were waiting for service came from very young to older generations.”
“Woke up today with a sore throat and a cough. I decided to get some cough drops to stop that annoying tickle in the back of my throat. I ordered some cough drops via Door Dash since I am stuck at work. And while getting the cough drops, I added an Arizona iced tea, a donut and a cheese pizza lol Because why not when you feel like crap? I figured one of those things would make me feel better lol Now I know what you are thinking- why would you order a pizza from 7 eleven?!?! The answer is: desperate times. lol And Dominoes/ Pizza Hut doesn't sell cough drops... The pizza was just okay. Nothing special. Very saucy. But warm. And fresh. The donut was alright too. It's what you would expect from a 7 eleven. I got my cough drops for my throat. My belly is full. And my thirst is quenched. This was a win overall lol”

“Being negative is not a good way to be, so I thought I'd review another 7-11 I frequently visit that always meets or exceeds my expectations in order to offset my negative review of the 7-11 in Walnut. By far, this is the best place in the area to stop and buy a soda/water/snack because you are able to use your debit/credit card without paying a "I'm a cheap business owner so I am going to pass my merchant fees on to my customers charge." All of the mom & pop liquor stores in the area charge you for use of a credit/debit card or at least have a minimum charge requirement (which is a violation of Mastercard Debit Merchant Rules by the way). Kudos to this 7-11 for serving the community in which it is located in a manner that is fair and quite frankly probably rather profitable for the owner. This 7-11 always seems to have a variety of sandwiches in stock as well. Additional items are offered for sale in the cold deli case that I have not seen at other local stores. The people working at the register are always friendly as well. Some of the people working at night are a little more...eccentric :) but in an entertaining way. I believe this was the 7-11 where I was convinced to use the mobile app which I greatly enjoy the benefits of. There are also a variety of decent places to eat in the same shopping center that I have yet to review.”

“I absolutely love this 7/11!!!! The same customers come in which makes this place very people friendly!! And the staff are so sweet and so nice! I was going to circle k down the street and one day I came to this 7/11 and the rest is history!! I highly recommend this place, for your stop and go needs there clean always stocked and trust me right now the soda machines are empty everywhere! And they have really good deals!! What makes me wanna come back truly is the staff. There are two beautiful ladies that work in the morning. Different times but they both are the main reason I keep coming back. And then there is a gentleman that does the mid shift and he is super nice, very talkative! Please please come stop by you will love this place too!!!”
“I have been fighting the incompetent call center for 3 months to resolve an issue. Luis is the man. Came here twice. Both times he was able to get the next step resolved. If you need anything, upgrade, new line , I highly recommend you drive here and ask for him. He knows how to ensure it's done right.”

“I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The store itself is impressively clean and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of an Ulta section, which adds a great variety of beauty products. Additionally, the in-store Starbucks is a nice touch and, surprisingly, not too busy, which is a bonus. For those with electric vehicles, the available charging stations are a convenient feature.
The only downside was the condition of the restroom, which was not as clean as the rest of the store. With a bit of improvement in that area, my experience would have been perfect. Overall, a great place to shop with some excellent amenities!
