“I had an excellent experience getting my phone fixed at Smartfix. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro because the speaker wasn’t working properly, and I honestly thought it would be expensive. Every other place I checked was charging around $80 just to fix the speaker. When I came to Smartfix, Sahil took a quick look at my phone and immediately knew what the issue was.

Instead of replacing parts I didn’t need, Sahil cleaned the speaker thoroughly, and within five minutes my phone sounded perfect again. I was shocked at how fast and effective the repair was. Even better, he only charged me $15. That level of honesty and fairness is rare these days.

Sahil was very friendly, positive, and professional the entire time. He made the whole experience stress-free and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just making money.

“I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Team Member Daniel at the Order Pickups. I stopped by on 4.22.26 (Earth Day!) at around 12:45pm to pick up the new Tomodachi Life game for the Nintendo Switch because it’s literally sold out everywhere except Target Brea! When I checked in the morning at around 9am, the app said they had 8 in stock so silly me thought oh I’ll just go to the store and pick it up at electronics. Thank goodness I didn’t wait because I checked the app again about an hour later and the stock dropped down to just 3! So I very quickly placed an Order Pickup so that I could reserve it and it was ready a little over an hour later. I didn’t show up until 12:45pm because I decided to walk around Brea Mall and have some lunch at In-N-Out after. Once I finished lunch I went to go pick up my order here at the Order Pickups. It was not busy at all only one lady in front of me doing a quick return with another Team Member and that’s where Team Member Daniel came in. He came up to me and asked if I was here for pickup and I responded yes I am. I showed him my pickup barcode and he scanned it and went to go grab my order. Not even 30 seconds later he came out with my order in hand ready to go! Once he gave it to me, he told me that I ordered the last copy they had in stock which is wild! Then he started talking about the game and how he’s wanted it ever since release day which was on 4.16 and couldn’t find it because it’s sold out everywhere and then we both were chatting about it for a little bit which was fun! I felt bad for him since his store just ran out of stock since I was the last one to pick it up but hope he’s able to snag his copy soon when stock returns! If higher management is reading this, please recognize Daniel. He’s an example of someone who genuinely cares and should be representing your business. And Daniel, if you’re reading this, thank you for your amazing and fast customer service. I enjoyed talking about the new game with you and hope you’ll be able to experience it soon!”

“Just went in with my service animal (you can tell the cleanliness based on how much ground sniffing he gets into) the manager was training an incoming cashier and it was lovely. The storefront was clean, selection was good, and it’s clear customer service for the woman training the newcomer is important!

Not sure why it has such negative reviews but I did see it’s under new management which may be why it was a pleasant experience.

They are revitalizing all of the exterior I saw some maintenance workers fixing up the windows and it appears it will be getting a much needed exterior clean and polish ?”

“Store's pretty clean and all the workers are very sweet. Sadly they aren't 24 hours after the shooting. My only issue is it does get kinda crazy if you go in afterwards the middle school gets out of class from across the street.”

“I like this chain of 7/11 in every other block and every other city or suburb in US and in some other parts of world. Many of them are open 24 hrs. It's very handy owing to the fact that many shops in the US tend to close before 10pm. When you want to buy some necessities at late night a 7/11 is your last resort. We bought a crate of water bottles here cause our hotel didn't provide us. Many things people are available here drinking water, beverages, snacks, chocolates, cigarettes etc. A 7/11 is a life saver when late at night you need something.....????????”

The neighborhood kids ride their bikes for treats to THIS 7-11 and are treated with dignity, respect and like paying adult customers. Such a fun experience, thank you for being pleasant. (Unlike the 7-11 in Yorba Linda on Lakeview and Yorba Linda - by auto parts store - where heavy set cashier believes it OK to threaten, harass, cuss and yell at the kids to "get out of my store" while pointing a baseball bat.)”
