“My partner and I decided it was time to start shopping for a new mattress this year. So, we visited the Avocado Factory Store, expecting to spend only 20 minutes, but ended up staying for over an hour. It was nice being the only customers in the building on a Monday afternoon. Isaiah, who exuded calm and patient energy, showed us several mattress recommendations based on our sleep positions, encouraging us to try them out, answering all my questions, and chatting with us about a range of mattress- and sleep-related topics (mattress materials, allergies, circadian rhythm, Mg, sleep hygiene), and even emailed me additional detailed sleep-related information. Thank you, Isaiah, for creating such a positive shopping experience for such an important purchase!”
“I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The store itself is impressively clean and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of an Ulta section, which adds a great variety of beauty products. Additionally, the in-store Starbucks is a nice touch and, surprisingly, not too busy, which is a bonus. For those with electric vehicles, the available charging stations are a convenient feature.
The only downside was the condition of the restroom, which was not as clean as the rest of the store. With a bit of improvement in that area, my experience would have been perfect. Overall, a great place to shop with some excellent amenities!

Actually, we worked the factory overtime, rushing out thousands of chairs for hospitals and testing centers around the country. Additionally our seamstresses were busy sewing face masks when none were available. We donated these to first responders. Certainly you couldn’t have been aware of this. Please stop by the factory and I’d be proud to show you where America’s finest chairs are built and how we stepped up to the plate when we were needed.”
