I also was lucky enough to buy antique chandeliers she bought from France. She’s made flower arrangements for two urns I bought from her with beautiful white flowers. One urn is on my dining room table and the other urn is next to my free standing tub. I ve had her recover French chairs I owned, and sew white linen curtain panels for my 4 poster bed. I also have purchased many large and beautiful French mirrors from Bloom Home. She’s redone my sunroom in Florida with her linen fabric and sewed pillows for the wicker chairs and couch. She also carries high quality bedding. If you can dream it, Loretta can produce it. She doesn’t disappoint you. I highly recommend her to help you redo your house.”

“I wanted to take a minute to share my experience at this location. Lisa and Erin the manager went out of their way for me to help with my order today.I placed an order online for store pickup. I spent 35 minutes trying to find the store within the mall, I would suggest they get better location since Pottery Barn is a favorite of so many people. However, by the time I finally found the location the store was closed.My heart dropped because I really needed my pillow cover because I have guests arriving tomorrow. I knocked on the door and was about to call the store. Lisa came to the door and she asked how she can help me. I told her I couldn’t find the store and I was simply picking up an order. I also purchased a blanket for a gift and forgot to select gift wrap because I was rushing to place my order. I asked Lisa if I would pay for the gift wrap and I would assemble it at home. She took my money and when she returned she said her manager had already closed the registers but gave me a box with wrapping paper. She said her manager Erin said Merry Christmas. I was so surprised with both ladies kindness and willingness to help me. It really warmed my heart and I’m so thankful for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas! “I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Team Member Daniel at the Order Pickups. I stopped by on 4.22.26 (Earth Day!) at around 12:45pm to pick up the new Tomodachi Life game for the Nintendo Switch because it’s literally sold out everywhere except Target Brea! When I checked in the morning at around 9am, the app said they had 8 in stock so silly me thought oh I’ll just go to the store and pick it up at electronics. Thank goodness I didn’t wait because I checked the app again about an hour later and the stock dropped down to just 3! So I very quickly placed an Order Pickup so that I could reserve it and it was ready a little over an hour later. I didn’t show up until 12:45pm because I decided to walk around Brea Mall and have some lunch at In-N-Out after. Once I finished lunch I went to go pick up my order here at the Order Pickups. It was not busy at all only one lady in front of me doing a quick return with another Team Member and that’s where Team Member Daniel came in. He came up to me and asked if I was here for pickup and I responded yes I am. I showed him my pickup barcode and he scanned it and went to go grab my order. Not even 30 seconds later he came out with my order in hand ready to go! Once he gave it to me, he told me that I ordered the last copy they had in stock which is wild! Then he started talking about the game and how he’s wanted it ever since release day which was on 4.16 and couldn’t find it because it’s sold out everywhere and then we both were chatting about it for a little bit which was fun! I felt bad for him since his store just ran out of stock since I was the last one to pick it up but hope he’s able to snag his copy soon when stock returns! If higher management is reading this, please recognize Daniel. He’s an example of someone who genuinely cares and should be representing your business. And Daniel, if you’re reading this, thank you for your amazing and fast customer service. I enjoyed talking about the new game with you and hope you’ll be able to experience it soon!”
