Pet Care

Jet's Pet Hospital
800 E Commonwealth Ave, FullertonWe had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).
Dr. Cruz and his staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! Thank you everyone and keep up the good work. You are such a blessing to people like us.

Sunnycrest Animal Care Center
951 W Bastanchury Rd, FullertonAfter getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.

Mobile Veterinary Services, Inc
422 N Euclid St, FullertonWonderful team, patient, kind and professional. My 22 year old cat, Bobby, was suffering from end stages of congestive heart failure. I was kind of hoping for medication to prolong his life, but knew deep down that he was suffering unnecessarily. Dr Nunez explained the true account of his suffering, therefore out of our love and respect for Bobby, we chose to euthanize. Thank you Dr. Nunez and team for all you do.

Healthy Paws Veterinary Care
1082 E Bastanchury Rd #102, FullertonHolly is my baby (picture below) I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on her health as we currently have Banfield insurance and I just feel like she's being fast-fooded through her exams and treatments. I found this very clean nice hospital on yelp and scheduled a wellness physical.
**** - for the check in process, took a little longer than I expected but not brutal.
***** - for the staff, all smiles, super nice and spoke professionally. Even courtesy laughed at my dad jokes.
***** - Dr Suh was nice me and definitely genuinely cared about my dog's health. She asked a bunch of age relevant questions AND I actually was in the exam with Holly and got to go through the whole thing with her. It was a nice personal touch to be there and having everything explained to me as she was doing it. Our pets are our children, and this felt like a small town personal doctor taking care of my child. It was a nice break from the big corporate chain treatment.
***** - my dog has a heart murmur which we've known about for several years, but this is the first Doc to ever order a proBNP (A protein presence test that demonstrates possible severity or strain the heart is under). This was new and just showed how well she knows her job and actually cares.
Overall, I will be back to receive care here as beyond feeling welcomed, I found a competent Doc who isn't just about ordering every test under the sun to rack up the $$$$. I should probably gatekeep her, but it was a good experience with qualified professionals. So hard to find in todays day and age.

Animal Medical Clinic
3257 Associated Rd, FullertonSince we got our pupping in 2019 - we have been taking them to Dr Sinh and his wonderful staff. Our puppies like how everyone is nice and caring for them. The only thing that we don't like is the location - need to go thru homeless or weird people before entering the clinic ( gas station & 7 eleven)

Noah's Ark Animal Hospital
422 N Euclid St, FullertonI have been going to Noah's Ark Animal hospital for over 20 plus years, after hearing Dr. Starr had retired, I went with my aging German Shepherd, who had a mass on her leg, we decided to see how it progressed, as she was older and surgery might have been to traumatic. Sadly the mass opened up and we took her back in, and needed to do surgery, Dr. Jung and his staff were simply amazing at how they handled our 12 year old German Shepherd, the surgery was an amazing success, the sutures were clean and this was a difficult spot to remove such a large mass.
Our girl is already back to her normal walks and car ride routine daily just two weeks after surgery. Sadly the mass tested a melanoma, but we are hopeful the skilled hands of Dr. Jung and his staff got all of the melanoma. Our dog like all of us dog lovers is a member of the family and trusting them with a new Dr, can be scary but Dr. Jung is an outstanding Dr, and surgeon, the mass was on her right inner front leg, a very tight area to work in, but Dr. Jung did an outstanding job. Dolly is eating well, gained 2lbs time for a diet and a bit more walking, but she is doing great. I highly and proudly recommend Dr. Jung, and am pleased he has taken up as the Dr. of Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. Highly recommended and the staff is simply the best.
Thank you Noah's Ark Animal Hospital Staff and Dr. Jung!

Banfield Pet Hospital
1170 South Harbor Boulevard, FullertonI have had such a difficult time with finding the right vet for my dog, she is reactive and has been terrified of the vet for her entire life, which has made it impossible for her to have a simple wellness check. The staff here were so kind and understanding of our situation( i have not had that experience in the past with other vets), they were patient with us, and I never once felt like they were judging my dog because of her breed. My dog actually got onto the scale and sat down on it for the first time without any issues, I have never been able to get her weight in the past because she was afraid of the scale. I was so proud of her. I saw this as a step in the right direction and I am feeling relieved because now I can finally get my dog the medical care she needs- I finally have peace of mind and a huge weight off my shoulders and my dog will have a better quality of life now.

LuLu Coffee
805 E Commonwealth Ave, FullertonHonestly, this is one of those places you almost want to keep secret. The cafe is a converted house, so it feels much cozier and more welcoming than a typical coffee shop. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.
I ordered a latte and a crepe, and both were excellent. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the crepe was absolutely delicious. The owner was also incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.
I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing cafe with great coffee and food
