“There was a young lady who really made my day at the pharmacy, Jazzmine. I was in super pain and when she found out that I was paying cash for my prescriptions she gave me a tip to look up coupons online. The bill went from almost $100 to $18. She noticed that my birthday was approaching and she wished me a happy birthday. Walmart, please recognize her because only an employee like her can make a huge corporation seem intimate and personal. Thanks Jazzmine!!!”

“The pharmacy staff here are all really great. Recently needed help with an Rx that Jordan assisted me with. It's a long story, but he asked questions and fully understood my plight and the urgency of the situation, and went above and beyond to help me figure out a reasonable solution.”
“So there really four reviews in one here. I go to the store of course but I would also review the gas station, the cafe and the tire shop as though they were separate items. That is not available now so here is my attempt. STORE: ***** Someone mentioned that they like Sam's more than Costco and I wasn't sure until the ability to Scan and Pay. I love that feature so when the wife or someone wants something, like alcohol, where you have to get in line I will only do it when there are no long lines. The products are great so no problems with that here. Oh, and I love that I can add my card to my Apple Wallet. GAS STATION: **** The lines are always shorter here and typically the same price as Costco but this location has no ability for long lines like Costco does so you don't typ get the long lines, when you do; drive away. Also, I have not figured out how to buy gas using the app.CAFE: *** This is a love hate relationship. I love the cafe and their offerings but it just seems that they never have enough staff and I think that makes them a little bitter or just not as friendly. Last week I was here and went to the cafe about 5 minutes to 7 PM and they had someone at the end of the line. I said, "its not 7" but she wasn't going to let me in. Next time you are here count how many people are working the cafe and then compare that to Costco, it will be about half. That's a management problem not a staff problem.TIRE SHOP: *** So I purchased my tires here in the past and a couple of months ago I purchased new tires [all 4] for my car. About two weeks ago I was in the IE and got a 2nd sensor reading that a tire was low. I didn't drive it all the way to La Habra where I purchased my tires and they were able to fix the problem; after a 3.1/2 hour wait. When I asked that store if they rotated the tires they said no to get an appointment for that. Damn I just waited 3.1/2 hours. But I did make an appointment for La Habra and took my car in. I was 1/2 hour early to my appointment because I was on the road and finished early. And then proceeded to wait 3 hours; yes 3 hours to get a rotation. The kid working the register was very apologetic when I went to check up after 2 hours and then again when I picked up my car. He was alone when I went at the 2 hour mark so there was nothing he could do. And there were two other clients trying to price tires so I knew he wasn't going to be touching my car for a while. Again, not a staff problem but a management problem.”

If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay”
“Nick was the only employee I saw. He was at the counter checking people out. He was extremely busy with several customers at the same time. Every customer on "self checkout" machines needed his assistance as well as ones in line at his counter. He was so helpful, patient, and kind. Offered to come around counter and help the older woman in front of me in line to put her heavy item in her walker basket for her. I am embarrassed thst I did not offer to help her. He Kept track of all the customers and treated everybody well, and greeted all new customers coming in door. I was so pleasantly surprised. I was dropping off a UPS package. Even though so busy, he added a little more tape to secure it better and he texted the receipt to me.”

“I love Sams definitely not as chaotic as Costco. I have both memberships so i bounce from one to another, they both carry different brands. I Love Love Love that at their self checkout they have a removable hand scanner. The workers are sooooo nice, and always available to help. Also Sams is a bit cheaper too. Its always clean, and neat.”

I buy my Medicine then walk over to Northgate Market and eat something from their already made food in the court yard to wash down my cough syrup.”
