“First time here, but second time using an indoor arena for a private party. Firstly, big thanks to Aiyanna for the ease of communication throughout booking to day before event (booked a month in advance). When we arrived, Terrence welcomed us in who was friendly the entire time we were there and made checking in efficient and easy. I also want to give a shoutout to Froza (I hope I spelled that right!) who ref'd all our games and was great the entire time - he was able to catch that something was wrong with one of our player's equipment right when the game started and he immediately called out a reset. Lastly, although this was our second indoor arena, we appreciated the space and variety; there was a portion that was a speedsoft setup. This was an overall great experience and none of our players had any complaints. Thank you Tac City!”
“The staff greeted me upon entering the store. The store itself is a bit smaller than other Big 5 Sporting Goods stores I have been too; there is a good selection of sporting equipment including dumbbells and treadmills. Definitely feel free to check this store out if you are near or around the area.”

“Excellent staff called in to check stock was put on hold for no more then a minute and gentleman asked if I wanted the shoes put on hold when we showed up the shoes where set aside it was the last pair in the size we needed. Great service and greet people right away not like the Santa Ana store.”
