“The store in Garden Grove, Ca is no longer around. They have moved to Tennessee but can’t get Google to update that they moved. Online ordering is still available but don’t waste your time driving to the listed location. The number still works if you need to call for information and they were very helpful over the phone.”

From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t just any running shop. The staff specifically James, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do James just didn’t just sell me shoes, he asked about my running habits, watched my gait, and recommended a perfect pair tailored to my needs. I’ve never felt more seen or supported in a retail environment. He even explained how I should be running and my form.
What really sets this store apart is the attention to detail and the sense of community. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your tenth marathon, they treat you like a pro. Their product selection is top-tier, from elite-level shoes to the best apparel and hydration gear. And if they don’t have what you need, they’ll do everything they can to get it for you. “This is the largest Big 5 I have been to and it's nice with lots of stock.
The only thing all the Big 5 stores could do better is offering assistance to the customers. Sure, they'll greet you when you come in, but you may have to chase someone down for assistance.”
“First time here, but second time using an indoor arena for a private party. Firstly, big thanks to Aiyanna for the ease of communication throughout booking to day before event (booked a month in advance). When we arrived, Terrence welcomed us in who was friendly the entire time we were there and made checking in efficient and easy. I also want to give a shoutout to Froza (I hope I spelled that right!) who ref'd all our games and was great the entire time - he was able to catch that something was wrong with one of our player's equipment right when the game started and he immediately called out a reset. Lastly, although this was our second indoor arena, we appreciated the space and variety; there was a portion that was a speedsoft setup. This was an overall great experience and none of our players had any complaints. Thank you Tac City!”

On our most recent visit, my son and I each bought Pelé Soccer hats; black for him, white for me. Unfortunately, when I unpacked mine upon arriving home, I was disappointed to notice it was discolored. I called the store and Alex was immediately kind, understanding, and helpful. He assured me they could replace it for me and put me in contact with manager David Rojas. David promptly replaced the hat, packaged it in a store bag, FedEx’d it, and all the while kept me apprised of the progress. I didn’t have to do a thing. There a lot of items at 50 percent off so its a good time to shop there. Make sure you go there in before noon because the parking lot fills up quickly.
