“Issa is the man! Was super helpful with helping me get back into my account. Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a metro pcs store hands down, will definitely be referring friends and family to this particular store because of how smooth my experience was! Thanks again man.”
“I came in on a Sunday and they were super busy and were understaffed due to a call out. I had to wait for over an hour but they were able to help me. Knowing I was on foot, they went the extra mile and had my new phone delivered to the store and gave me a great deal on my plan. Great customer service-just be patient if they're busy on weekends. Thank you so much for my new phone! It definitely pays to be with T-Mobile for 20 years like I have.”

“Alana was great to deal with and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and assisted me with signing up for internet service and no longer paying for Xfinity’s outrageous prices.”
