The store Had an irate customer who was cursing and yelling at the cashier what cause did I'm unsure I stepped in to diffuse the situation because the security guard looks scared to death and all the other employees just sit there while the girl got yelled at and cursed at. He did finally leave but not before he cursed at her some more and threatened to come back and retaliate”

He was soooo knowledgeable about everything, and he was multitasking with other clients as well but still made us feel appreciated and valued. He helped us get accesories for our new phones and went above and beyond. Our faith in Target is restored, and that gentleman needs a raise, talk about such a strong representation for the company, Mario is one of your shining employees let me tell you.
