“This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh. I've had a few bumps in the road at FMB but they always prioritized me, fixed of the situation, and made me feel cared about. I use several different banks as that it what my businesses need. This is by far the one that takes care of me best”

“I've always loved this little branch, they've been good to me over the years, but I have to rave about their ATM. First, it's finally smart and makes you take your debit card back before it dispenses your cash. I can't count the number of times in the last 30ish years I've left my card in the machine because I'm more worried about putting my money away. Second, you can get $100 bills!!! Not only that, but you can actually tell the machine HOW you want your cash. It's only $20's and $100's, but it's so nice to be able to not get a bunch of $20's if you want more than $40.”

I am not sure what federal government got to do with this bank not offering safe deposit boxes, but in today's world, having a safe place to store one's important documents vis-a-vis the safe deposit boxes, would be a tremendous business opportunity, if they increase the annual fee to several hundred dollars.”
