“Arrived early for my appointment and had about 20 minutes to observe patients interacting with the office manager. I found the office manager to be refreshingly competent in her job duties, while also open and friendly to everyone. Her work was nonstop and she smoothly adapted to every patient and met them where they were. The phlebotomist, too, was a complete delight to talk to. Overall, a very good experience.”

“I was a walk in at 630am, got drawn by 730. (I did not gave an appointment do i anticipated a wait) They were moving very efficiently. Bryan was welcoming everyone and checking them in quickly. The front desk had two ladies working, both very friendly and helpful. Bryan then did my blood draw and he did great and was very personable and made it enjoyable.”
