The staff here were absolutely amazing on my visit to pick up a car dolly. The guy who helped me (wish I caught his name) was so patient, thorough, and answered all of my questions; he made me feel reassured about towing a vehicle across a couple states and hooking it up by myself. Thank you for being so service oriented!

I ordered some boxes with my truck rental. I come to pick up my order and I'm standing around waiting for this one employee who appears to give zero fu&k$ about helping all the customers in the store waiting.
