“The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice. It doesn't include breakfast or free parking. You can have free coffee and water, though. I paid $12 for parking per day. The staff was very helpful thank you. I would stay here again.”
“Second time coming to this hotel. Gave room 4 stars because the cold water faucet didn't work like it should have. 3 stars for the service for the lady that answered my call and checked me in had poor customer services would talk to me like if I was bothering her. Gave me attitude”
“Great place to stay if you are smoking crack. It's surprisingly clean. It's right off the fwy and no one really bothers you. And they still let you smoke in the room. Pretty good for the price. “I was without a home for a bit and stayed here while I searched and went to work.The owners are very nice and honestly deal with a lot when it comes to other customers.I think this place is ideal for anyone you just have to be mindful that it is a motel.The location is quiet aside from the bar at night but the energy overall is good and straight to the point.Upon my stay, I had seen many angry and well not willing to leave and so I understand when it comes to the upkeep of certain rooms and corners of this motel. I had many different rooms some are very clean and others aren’t due to some of those that stayed before you.The owner is really nice if you are… like even if there is an issue it’s best to not project the anger onto the person you want to help you. Things happen and we are living in crazy times.Thankful for the Patio Motel and the ones in charge of the business they’re running.Happy New Year ❤️From me & my emotional support cat ?”

“Rooms: Everything very good, clean and good equipment. We only had a problem with the shower, which the frontdesk people sent to change immediately: unfortunately the maintenance people left our room smelling of cigarette smoke.
From there everything is fine!”
