“I dont understand how others can give 1 star, the employees here (especially the owner, I think he's the Japanese Guy) are quick, never give you attitude, and overall just great across the board. I've been coming here for the last 10 yrs or so sometimes multiple times a week, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any during that time.

“I remember this facility and worked when it was Viking Freight. It was deja-vu to say the least and it was late night to early morning, but everyone I encountered were very nice. I also was able to hostler unit released from trailer and repaired for safe usage. ?”
“With all the neg review. I'd say there are still some nice people with great customer service. I didn't get her name, but she gave me an option to send my package somewhere as it was expensive because of the holidays. Since it was an emergency, I still took it.”
