“Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.”
“I dont understand how others can give 1 star, the employees here (especially the owner, I think he's the Japanese Guy) are quick, never give you attitude, and overall just great across the board. I've been coming here for the last 10 yrs or so sometimes multiple times a week, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any during that time.

“After going to two different FedEx places to ship a big TV back to Samsung, we ended up coming to this place. After the security guard checked my ID, I parked the car near the entrance, and a young slim worker came to greet us and offered to help immediately. Once he made a copy of our ID and bill of landing, everything was going smoothly. We were able to get out of the place in no time. I really appreciate how efficient and helpful they are. “I remember this facility and worked when it was Viking Freight. It was deja-vu to say the least and it was late night to early morning, but everyone I encountered were very nice. I also was able to hostler unit released from trailer and repaired for safe usage. ?”

“Like other reviewer said, there was only one lady working at the time I arrived, so expect a long wait time (30+ min). It was difficult to hear what she was saying because other people waiting in line were talking on their phone and it ECHOES so loud. She helped me out with my international shipping and my package is promptly being processed. The reason I took off one star is due to a long wait time, lack of staffs, and difficulty to hear what the staff is saying. Maybe a microphone like the ones in movie theaters' front office might improve the process.”
“I had a very good experience today at USPS in Gardena I had two packages to send.
One package already had a label, and one did not. The line was about seven people, but the staff helped me. They told me I could leave the package with the label at a special window, and for the other package I used the self-service machine. It was very easy and fast, and I finished everything in about one and a half minutes. They also have envelopes, boxes, and postcards there. I am happy with this place. The staff was nice and helpful. I recommend this USPS location.”
