“The store in Gklroy it the most organized, well stocked Harbor Freight.stores I have ever er been in. Everything was perfectly faced and diplayed e very product. Very easy to tell what is in stock or not. And very helpful employees. I asked one store to call and see if they had a motorcycle jack that the store I was in did not have one in stock. They did and they held it for me now problem! Thanks Guys!!!!!!.”

“Seriously, I don't understand why they get only 3.9 stars. All my neighbors use them and never heard a bad review. I called them when my current well pump supplier (now it is certainly not going to use them) ghosted me and never returned my calls after leaving messages 3 times with the reception lady. Chappell guy came over right away after I had random failure with the current pump and methodologically went through what could be the cause. He found out that the power wires were arcing which was pretty tough to find out. I would definitely go with Chappell and ditch my current pump supplier whom I never heard back.”

But Mary showed so much genuine care for us (and other customers we saw her help) that they trusted her and purchased. Very patient with people / customers that don't speak English. “This is a big store with a better selection of goods "IMO" than that other hardware chain store. I was pleasantly surprised when I spied gas riding lawnmowers in front of the store. "Now I know where to go when mine gives up the ghost, but I digress, I came in to get tie downs, rope, and plastic covering to secure a mattress I put in my truck bed..... I walked up to an employee and asked him if he knew where I could find the items I was looking for. His response was immediate... Isles three, five, and 13.... Now that's what I call knowing your products and store!! I can't tell you how much time he saved me "probably at least an hour" trying to find the product on my own. Bottom line I was very impressed by their customer service and the availability of products some other hardware stores don't have.”

In particular, I would like to recognize Jacki and Luis. Both were truly a delight to work with. They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensure I had exactly what I needed for our repairs. Their positive attitudes and genuine willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable.

Additionally, several other team members throughout the store were equally helpful—offering guidance, checking inventory, and making thoughtful recommendations. It was clear that customer service is a priority at your location, and it certainly does not go unnoticed.
