“The store in Gklroy it the most organized, well stocked Harbor Freight.stores I have ever er been in. Everything was perfectly faced and diplayed e very product. Very easy to tell what is in stock or not. And very helpful employees. I asked one store to call and see if they had a motorcycle jack that the store I was in did not have one in stock. They did and they held it for me now problem! Thanks Guys!!!!!!.”

“Seriously, I don't understand why they get only 3.9 stars. All my neighbors use them and never heard a bad review. I called them when my current well pump supplier (now it is certainly not going to use them) ghosted me and never returned my calls after leaving messages 3 times with the reception lady. Chappell guy came over right away after I had random failure with the current pump and methodologically went through what could be the cause. He found out that the power wires were arcing which was pretty tough to find out. I would definitely go with Chappell and ditch my current pump supplier whom I never heard back.”

The store was clean and well maintained during our visit.

The plants seemed healthy and were a good value. The staff were polite and even honored a sale that had expired because the sign was still posted.

There is also plenty of parking available, which makes it convenient to visit.

Overall, it was a positive shopping experience.”

As we are currently in the middle of several home repair projects, I spent a considerable amount of time in the store and had the opportunity to interact with multiple members of your team. I am consistently impressed by the professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help that your employees demonstrate.

In particular, I would like to recognize Jacki and Luis. Both were truly a delight to work with. They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensure I had exactly what I needed for our repairs. Their positive attitudes and genuine willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable.

“Lowes location is wrong. It sends you down the street and it's not there. You have to drive to the lights and take a left opposite of walmart and here is where Lowes is located. It's in the same shopping center as Bank Of America.
I was frustrated because im off of work and just wanted to quickly buy something to handle a diy project at home but instead I'm driving around wasting time and cops looking at me like im up to no good. Smh como google maos.get it.together usually you are on your p's n q's. I tried editing the location. Hopefully it worked!”
