“We just went in and were immediately welcomed by a sweet lady named Rhonda. She helped us find everything in the store and explained the sale to us which helped a lot. She really went above and beyond when I found a item I wanted but might exchange sizes on with no tag, she was gonna right on the receipt that it said no tag but instead she made a tag!!!! What!!!! That was so amazing and we had a heart to heart about family stuff and made us leaving with a better more beautiful insight on our life.”

“The location is a little bit different from the other stores nearby but once you get there, I definitely think you should come in because they give better deals and a lot of the others in the outlet. they have great deals on their backpacks and snow gear, especially in the back to school season. I almost bought that red backpack myself. One time the sale was backpacks 50% off and if you buy a backpack, your whole bill is an additional 30% off so that was a really really really really good deal. The workers are nice and let you try many times if you gave them the wrong phone number or email address for their member rewards program. Definitely a 10/10.”

“First time to this store. It was very clean and organized. The sales woman was nice but she made me feel like it wasn't ok to look or touch the clothes. I don't know if it was to keep the store clean or because she really wanted to give us exceptional service by getting the items for us. Either way it didn't feel very good.
When we were at the register, she asked if we've had a pair of jeans from them before and since we said no, she explained how to wash & dry them. So, that was nice of her to take that extra step and explain it to us.”

“I thought the polo was to expensive I did something I would never have done I went inside went to the back of the store I saw a clothing rack there was a bunch of pants I look at them and like the pants I look at the price and I couldn't believe it every pair of pants I saw where only eleven dollars each [11:00$] I only got two pairs and of course I should of bought more .What I am saying you just don't know by modle polo name that's it sound to expensive . “After scouring for suits all over Salinas and failing to find anything other than plastic- trash-bags-material suits I decided to make my way to Brooks Brothers.
I had gone on Sunday to get a shirt and a belt and was treated fairly, nothing special. However, when I went back on Tuesday because I was unable to find a suit I decided to circle back and was received with the greatest experience I could have asked for. A Latina member of the BB team (didn’t get her name) noticed I was a bit unsatisfied with some of the items on the rack and brought out items from the back in my size to see if they were more my liking. She was never overbearing and didn’t make any assumptions. I walked out with an 1818 suit for an incredible deal and I don’t think I would have found anything similar at any of the other stores. A1.”
“Good structure, but you have to be careful with prices, you need to look at what is really at a discount. There are many things with values equivalent to those found here in Brazil.”
“The Guess Factory store is well organized, clean, and very tidy, which makes shopping comfortable and easy. Everything is neatly displayed, and the store has a polished, welcoming feel.
However, the selection for youth boys’ pants and men’s pants is quite limited. There aren’t many styles to choose from, which can make it difficult to find the right fit or look if you’re shopping in those categories.
Overall, it’s a pleasant store to browse, but it would be much better with a wider variety of pants and more style options for boys and men.”
“I had a very positive experience with the staff at Nordstrom Rack in Gilroy, and I really want to share it.
On August 7, I purchased four L’Occitane soaps through pickup at Nordstrom Rack in Gilroy. After I picked them up, the soaps were placed in one of the smallest Nordstrom Rack shopping bags.
When I left the store, I sat on a bench outside for a while because it was very hot. When I got up and returned to my car, I completely forgot to take the bag with me. I left it on the bench.
I went to have lunch, and while I was eating, I suddenly remembered that I had left the bag on the bench. I immediately went back to Nordstrom Rack and asked if anyone had turned in a small shopping bag that I had just picked up and accidentally left on the bench outside the store.
There was a male and a female employee helping me. The female employee told me that no one had turned in a bag like that. The male employee asked me approximately what time I had left it there. I told him it was around noon. He asked me to leave my name and phone number in case it was found.
At that point, I simply accepted that I had lost the four soaps and purchased four more.
The next day, however, I received a call from the male employee. He left me a voicemail letting me know that the four soaps had been found. He also processed the return for me.
This experience really showed me how honest, trustworthy, and responsible the staff at Nordstrom Rack Gilroy are. They could have easily overlooked a small bag containing just four bars of soap, but they took the time to find it and make sure it was returned to me.
I am very grateful. To me, this says a lot about the integrity and customer service of the people who work there. I was just an ordinary customer with four bars of soap, yet they treated my situation with genuine care and honesty.
Thank you to the Nordstrom Rack Gilroy team. I truly appreciate it!”

“Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection.We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.”
