βThe employees are very friendly, but thereβs one thing thatβs a bit annoying: to get a discount, you need to buy two pairs of pants. I just wanted one pair of pants.β
βI went in the store tosay cause I had a problem online, the clerk who was super nice called the store mgr Alma I think her name is an she was a tremendously helpful! such a nice an sweet disposition with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I opened up an account with her an she helped me with my online purchase. with all she had to deal with as a mgr, she's over 100% in my book! I recommend this Store to anyone! and and through it all with me talking to her just about anything, she still was so professional along with her smile! Kiddos to this store mgr in Gilroy an her staff! i hope the holidays are super busy for them!β
βStaff was friendly, not knowledgeable, but friendly..had no idea on sizing for mens clothes, that was a crapshoot..wound up returning everything I got for me.. My best guess at lack of sizes for men, was a bit more accurate then theirs..so I did keep that..β
βWe just went in and were immediately welcomed by a sweet lady named Rhonda. She helped us find everything in the store and explained the sale to us which helped a lot. She really went above and beyond when I found a item I wanted but might exchange sizes on with no tag, she was gonna right on the receipt that it said no tag but instead she made a tag!!!! What!!!! That was so amazing and we had a heart to heart about family stuff and made us leaving with a better more beautiful insight on our life.β
βThe location is a little bit different from the other stores nearby but once you get there, I definitely think you should come in because they give better deals and a lot of the others in the outlet. they have great deals on their backpacks and snow gear, especially in the back to school season. I almost bought that red backpack myself. One time the sale was backpacks 50% off and if you buy a backpack, your whole bill is an additional 30% off so that was a really really really really good deal. The workers are nice and let you try many times if you gave them the wrong phone number or email address for their member rewards program. Definitely a 10/10.β

βI always find something nice on sale here which is always nice because the some of their clothing can get pricey but you get what you pay for. I've never been disappointed in anything I've purchased from there and their service reps are always very helpful. Highly recommendedβ
βExcellent experience while searching for custom Oakley prescription golf sunglasses. FAR superior knowledge, customer care, and pricing than other places that carry Oakley, like Lenscrafters. Dewey and Scott are excellent, imagine rest of crew is good too. Positive, quick, easy, pleasant.

βReally cute styles, but if you go looking around, there's just about no plus sizes out, meaning you're going to mostly see up to a Large, unless you ask! So definitely keep that in mind before you visit :) helpful staff and a clean store! Floors looked great.β

βThis DDs is in the same shopping center as Target & Ross. It's clean n friendly staff. The shelves were kind of empty when I went but it's worth the visit.β
βFirst time to this store. It was very clean and organized. The sales woman was nice but she made me feel like it wasn't ok to look or touch the clothes. I don't know if it was to keep the store clean or because she really wanted to give us exceptional service by getting the items for us. Either way it didn't feel very good.
When we were at the register, she asked if we've had a pair of jeans from them before and since we said no, she explained how to wash & dry them. So, that was nice of her to take that extra step and explain it to us.β

Store Manager Amanda and Martha provided truly exceptional service during a very important moment in my life. I had a critical court date approaching, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit.
They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, carefully selecting and matching the right color button-down shirts with sweaters so I could look polished, professional, and confident. Their expertise, patience, and genuine care made all the difference.
I am forever grateful to Amanda and Martha for their excellent service and for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. This store has earned my highest recommendation.β
βI thought the polo was to expensive I did something I would never have done I went inside went to the back of the store I saw a clothing rack there was a bunch of pants I look at them and like the pants I look at the price and I couldn't believe it every pair of pants I saw where only eleven dollars each [11:00$] I only got two pairs and of course I should of bought more .What I am saying you just don't know by modle polo name that's it sound to expensive . They where( great ))quality pants I'm glad I went insideβ

βMy recent discovery. I know I know, but what can I do. Only once I found their super light t shirts, I realized how good LB is. Also got a gorgeous Jacket from Lucky brand. Had no plan to purchase it, but when I saw it I almost felt it was calling my name lol.β
βHonestly store was extremely clean and nicely organized. I was offered help by the manager of the store Marcos pretty chill guy and helpful, directed me to where I could find most of the items. Only thing upsetting about the my visit was the very items of Ben Davis that your store carries.β

βHad a great experience tonight. The entire staff. 1/21/26. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and helped. Then Bianca went above and beyond to help us find just the right stuff, searching online and later finding the last pair in the back. βThe Guess Factory store is well organized, clean, and very tidy, which makes shopping comfortable and easy. Everything is neatly displayed, and the store has a polished, welcoming feel.
However, the selection for youth boys’ pants and men’s pants is quite limited. There aren’t many styles to choose from, which can make it difficult to find the right fit or look if you’re shopping in those categories.
Overall, it’s a pleasant store to browse, but it would be much better with a wider variety of pants and more style options for boys and men.β

βLet me say that their clearance section has been a life saver for me! I found two pairs of jeans for $22 each on one occasion and on a separate occasion found 2 pairs of jeans for $15 each. I love the quality if abercrombie. Sure the inventory goes up and down sometimes but that is any store.β
