“They have lots of shoe options for a good price. The current deal is 2 pairs for $89. That’s great if you want 2 pairs. Not so much for the people that want 1. It would be nice if they gave better prices for a single pair.”

“Excellent Service! The staff was great! I came in with one thing in mind and saw how many great deals then left with more than I had in mind! Amazing! The associates Alexa, Jasmine and Luis were all so helpful! I had in mind one pair of shoes then I kept looking around and became interested in other deals such as apparel and other shoes. Alexa helped me find another great pair, Luis helped me to get an outfit to go with it, Jasmine was a great help at the register. All staff members were incredibly helpful and professional. I recommend this store just based off of the customer service alone.”

“Gilroy Crocs Outlet had a really helpful crew tonight. Michael was very patient, helpful and really up-sold me. I wasn't a fan of those dorky shoes but he casually got me to buy FOUR pairs for my mama. FOUR! Without being pushy or suggestive. He was very attentive and chill and did a great job assisting me. Give the guy a raise. I love when I have positive experiences like this one. They're rare in today's retail stores. So, Thankyou Michael!”

“I had a very positive experience with the staff at Nordstrom Rack in Gilroy, and I really want to share it. On August 7, I purchased four L’Occitane soaps through pickup at Nordstrom Rack in Gilroy. After I picked them up, the soaps were placed in one of the smallest Nordstrom Rack shopping bags. When I left the store, I sat on a bench outside for a while because it was very hot. When I got up and returned to my car, I completely forgot to take the bag with me. I left it on the bench. I went to have lunch, and while I was eating, I suddenly remembered that I had left the bag on the bench. I immediately went back to Nordstrom Rack and asked if anyone had turned in a small shopping bag that I had just picked up and accidentally left on the bench outside the store. There was a male and a female employee helping me. The female employee told me that no one had turned in a bag like that. The male employee asked me approximately what time I had left it there. I told him it was around noon. He asked me to leave my name and phone number in case it was found. At that point, I simply accepted that I had lost the four soaps and purchased four more. The next day, however, I received a call from the male employee. He left me a voicemail letting me know that the four soaps had been found. He also processed the return for me. This experience really showed me how honest, trustworthy, and responsible the staff at Nordstrom Rack Gilroy are. They could have easily overlooked a small bag containing just four bars of soap, but they took the time to find it and make sure it was returned to me. I am very grateful. To me, this says a lot about the integrity and customer service of the people who work there. I was just an ordinary customer with four bars of soap, yet they treated my situation with genuine care and honesty. Thank you to the Nordstrom Rack Gilroy team. I truly appreciate it!”

“Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection. We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.”
