Customer service is lacking. Nobody came up to ask if help is needed. At the Gilroy Premium Outlets, outlet stores' customer service should stand out from department stores. Not here. I may have bought another pair because the box was hard to reach; my motivation waned having no friendly associate nearby.”
“Excellent Service! The staff was great! I came in with one thing in mind and saw how many great deals then left with more than I had in mind! Amazing! The associates Alexa, Jasmine and Luis were all so helpful! I had in mind one pair of shoes then I kept looking around and became interested in other deals such as apparel and other shoes. Alexa helped me find another great pair, Luis helped me to get an outfit to go with it, Jasmine was a great help at the register. All staff members were incredibly helpful and professional. I recommend this store just based off of the customer service alone.”

“If you've never owned a pair of ECCO's, you need to. They are, hands down, the best shoes, boots, sandals, etc. It's like having luxury gloves on your feet. Many decades ago, I got my first pair of ECCO boots at a high end shoe store in downtown Los Gatos (since closed). These boots got me up and down Halfdome, comfortably, a dozen times and many hundreds of miles of backpacking, hunting deer (futile efforts), camping (boot melting opportunities), and many other escapades. They have like a polyurethane material for the soles, like riding a skateboard on a magic carpet. Have since bought more ECCOs in Los Gatos, Denmark, Poland, etc. Having a store in Gilroy is probably not going to be good for me. 50% off? Holy shot I got like 6 pairs of shoes, boots and sandals this week. Service was great, even coming into the close at 7pm they were helpful. Great to know this store is here. Get some ECCOs! “Gilroy Crocs Outlet had a really helpful crew tonight. Michael was very patient, helpful and really up-sold me. I wasn't a fan of those dorky shoes but he casually got me to buy FOUR pairs for my mama. FOUR! Without being pushy or suggestive. He was very attentive and chill and did a great job assisting me. Give the guy a raise. I love when I have positive experiences like this one. They're rare in today's retail stores. So, Thankyou Michael!”
“Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection.We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.”
