“Really enjoy going to The Gilroy Outlets for years! So many stores with killer deals! My 1st time shopping on Black Friday and The VANS staff was absolutely incredible!! The store was packed and nearly EVERY staff member was walking up to costumers asking if they found everything they were looking for and checking in the back if it wasn't on the floor...I was shocked how hard they were helping people out because its so hard to find staff to even work the registers these days, let alone run around a busy store to help customers find things that aren't on the shelves! Pretty much all the staff had a smile on their faces and again still shocked being it was Black Friday, so you know they were burnt out! I've worked in retail on Black friday and know how demanding that day is and how rude people can be for a one time deal! Hats off to the crew that work today (Black Friday)!!! You guys found the shoes I wanted and I'm so grateful!! Thank you for all your hard work today and everyday!!”

“I always shop at Ann Taylor loft, and get the best customer service, I wish I got the ladies name who always helps me, she's has short hair and wears a mask. this last time, I was shopping for a funeral, she was beyond helpful, she suggested appropriate outfits, grabbed different options and different sizes while in the dressing room and paired it with great jewelry, it was exactly what I needed. Thank you sweet lady, I'll see you next time!”

“Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the outlet yesterday. It went so well, in fact, that I had to write a review. The employee that made the experience so great was Calvin. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with an incredibly friendly demeanor. THAT, alone, made me want to purchase shoes (to which I did). Calvin went above and beyond with the customer service that I'm willing to wait until I drive back up to Gilroy(we're from Los Angeles) just to purchase from this store again.”

“Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection.We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.”

“What to say, yet another famous footwear. These are all the same, they look the same and their customer service varies by store. Now this particular location stand above the rest and I will give it 5 stars for consistency. I've never had a problem here and the sales associates are so nice. I was looking for a pair of shoes since and found a grest deal on some Nike Air max excee. The store was busy but I did not have too wait very long. Lately I buy my shoes here rather than going to foot locker or khols, you can't beat their prices. Thank you and I will continue to shop at this location, I recommend to all.”

“Service was a 10/10, I was asked if I needed help by every employee who walked passed me. Selection is kind of hit and miss. I was happy to see some drops from the sneakers app there. Some had not been released yet. I guess members who get early access from certain releases if they return them to the store they are up for grabs. I saw some satin Jordan 1s but they were too small. I ended up getting 6 pairs of shoes from the back clearance wall which was also an additional 30% off. Including rare gold air max's, really cool Jordan why nots, and even platform AF1s all for about $400”

“Great store! They've got a great selection of tasteful, comfortable shoes. They have casual and dressy shoes for the whole family. I bought a pair of high heel mary janes and plain white sneakers and my hubby got 2 business casual shoes for work, all for a great deal. But the reason I felt inclined to write this review was because of the customer service! The young man and young lady were very attentive with my husband and I, as well as the other customers in the store. I was looking for another pair of heels and although they did not have any in the store, they genuinely .did their best to assist me. This type of.service is truly hard to find in this shopping center, I hope the company knows what a great staff they have at this locatiin.”

“If you've never owned a pair of ECCO's, you need to. They are, hands down, the best shoes, boots, sandals, etc. It's like having luxury gloves on your feet. Many decades ago, I got my first pair of ECCO boots at a high end shoe store in downtown Los Gatos (since closed). These boots got me up and down Halfdome, comfortably, a dozen times and many hundreds of miles of backpacking, hunting deer (futile efforts), camping (boot melting opportunities), and many other escapades. They have like a polyurethane material for the soles, like riding a skateboard on a magic carpet. Have since bought more ECCOs in Los Gatos, Denmark, Poland, etc. Having a store in Gilroy is probably not going to be good for me. 50% off? Holy shot I got like 6 pairs of shoes, boots and sandals this week. Service was great, even coming into the close at 7pm they were helpful. Great to know this store is here. Get some ECCOs!
