“I went in the store tosay cause I had a problem online, the clerk who was super nice called the store mgr Alma I think her name is an she was a tremendously helpful! such a nice an sweet disposition with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I opened up an account with her an she helped me with my online purchase. with all she had to deal with as a mgr, she's over 100% in my book! I recommend this Store to anyone! and and through it all with me talking to her just about anything, she still was so professional along with her smile! Kiddos to this store mgr in Gilroy an her staff! i hope the holidays are super busy for them!”

“Really cute styles, but if you go looking around, there's just about no plus sizes out, meaning you're going to mostly see up to a Large, unless you ask! So definitely keep that in mind before you visit :) helpful staff and a clean store! Floors looked great.”

Items are priced high and there was no one checking out on a Saturday. I still remember when the checkout line used to look like the HomeGoods checkout line.

“Excellent Service! The staff was great! I came in with one thing in mind and saw how many great deals then left with more than I had in mind! Amazing! The associates Alexa, Jasmine and Luis were all so helpful! I had in mind one pair of shoes then I kept looking around and became interested in other deals such as apparel and other shoes. Alexa helped me find another great pair, Luis helped me to get an outfit to go with it, Jasmine was a great help at the register. All staff members were incredibly helpful and professional. I recommend this store just based off of the customer service alone.”

“Stopped by Work World at Camino Arroyo in Gilroy to pick up some work pants — specifically the BN3334-M in brown — and they had exactly what I needed. The store’s not huge, but it’s super organized and easy to browse. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew their inventory well, which made things smooth. Honestly, one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for work gear. If you’re looking for solid workwear without the hassle, this is the place.”

“Let me say that their clearance section has been a life saver for me! I found two pairs of jeans for $22 each on one occasion and on a separate occasion found 2 pairs of jeans for $15 each. I love the quality if abercrombie. Sure the inventory goes up and down sometimes but that is any store.”
