If you are in the Burbank or Glendale area, or anywhere in the valley, be sure to look up Karmen Edgarian. She is absolutely amazing. She listen's to you, looks for the best deal, even if another bank may have it. Not many people do that.

And yet she is fiercely loyal to Banc of California and seeks new innovative ways to drum up business, but not at the expense of the consumer. She truly enables a win-win situation.

“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

“I was looking to buy a new Tesla Model Y during the last 2023 XMAS season and was looking around to get a new car loan. A quick online search showed that most auto loan rates are all between 6%-8% nationwide. It seemed like it was not a good time to buy and finance a new car.So I contacted Clearpath FCU as I used to have a car loan with them before, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to offer the best interest rate at 6.00%, beating Tesla own financing rate and other financial institutions in this unfavorable market condition. So, I started a new loan process and was helped by Carlos Dominguez, the loan officer of the Burbank branch. Within 2 business days, I got a pre-approval letter for my loan at the lowest interest possible.Once I settled on the specific car of my choice and put down a deposit to secure the car, I sent Carlos the purchase order, and within 2 business days, a check was readily available for me to come pick up at the branch counter (I could have it FedEx to me as well but that would take another day). When I went pick-up my car at the Tesla Point of Sale, I just gave them the bank check, signed some paperwork, then drove my car away...Thanks to Clearpath FCU and Carlos, who went above and beyond all my expectations, my car purchase experience was straightforward and utterly smooth. “I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!”

“I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.”
