As soon as I pulled up he noticed that a needed a gas cylinder exchange , he had his safety glasses and gloves on and boy I tell you very kind and professional , he exchanged the cylinder for me then went inside store and got my wire also asked if I needed anything else . Unlike my home town of Glendale, too much like Santa Monica. So- I bring in my 1st Gen Bosch Demo Hammer n and in less than 5 hrs later that same day , I get the call to pick up my tool. Service/Honesty- as back in the day, I get to talk to the Kat that did the work on my tool. He explained what was done, and the information needed for next service. Never knew this needed to be done every 100 hrs. Ok folks, I give Glendale about 2 stars, but Tool Shack 5 stars. Just think, A live person doin a hand written service ticket & Invoice. Thats right Kiddies, with all stated above, this is the way it use to be, when I was a kid, and prior, many moons ago. Go here, go to work Happy, & earn that Leagal Tender ! Don't be a victim......
