“I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at the Home Depot on Sunset Blvd. today in Hollywood. **Angie G., Anthony, and Juan** truly went above and beyond and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an exceptional customer-service experience.

I purchased a large roll of vinyl flooring, and when it was brought to the front, I realized there was no way it was going to fit in my car. Without hesitation, Angie, Anthony, and Juan jumped in to help. They took the flooring back, carefully rerolled it to a size that would fit in my vehicle—with me right there to make sure everything worked—then brought it out to my car and loaded it for me.

What impressed me most was their attitude throughout the entire process. They were **friendly, professional, efficient, patient, and genuinely happy to help**. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them. They handled everything with smiles on their faces and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. “Went in to get some paint matching samples done- The sweet girl helping me told me it would be an hour (it was close to lunch time for the "mixers). I looked a bit more at other paint chips and decided on another color to add. When she went to have it prepared, she came back with all my samples. The one hour wait turned into 15 minutes. Talk about service! Actually, there were 3 very helpful and sweet young women- Elizabeth, Leslie and Maggie.
