“I love this spot—best in Pasadena for to-go beer in my opinion. They always have something new and interesting, prices are a little expensive but about what you'd expect—I think it's just market. Staff is always friendly and attentive. But again, most importantly, they have a huge selection of beer and liquor so I always find something i'm into.”
“I have been a loyal customer since 1993. It is an old Bekins storage facility of seven floors. Access to the wine vault is through an old elevator, manually controlled, with a sliding metal gate. Storage lockers are of multiple sizes, including walk in.
The personal touch of Nancy, Laura and Paul is nothing short of perfect.
There have never been issues with security or climate control. And all for a reasonable price!”

“These 5 stars are all about their Armenian stuffed grape leaves. I am writing this from Chicago where I now live and am trying for the millionth time to search the area for Armenian establishments who might make a dolma as delicious as those at Good Foods. I grew up in the Pasadena area and have cherished dolmas from Good Foods Market for 3-4 decades. They are, hands down, the best on the planet! I have lived and travelled all over the country and beyond, and have NEVER found tastier dolmas. I have always told my family members who would fly in from LAX that I wouldn't pick them up from the airport unless they paid me in Good Foods dolmas. Sadly, I've lost my pipeline and so I wander lost and saddened that no one else can live up to your dolmas. They are the standard by which I judge all others: vegetarian, moist, tangy, FULL of finger licking flavor, not crunchy or dried out or cooked, and no raisins or nuts. Oh how I miss them as I write this. If you live near by, go try them! I must say that once in a blue moon they are on the salty side, but they are still the best ever and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Enjoy!”

“Loved it, I haven't been here in few years, previously this store was not as welcoming. However, when I walked in today I was surprised. Wow! What a difference, new management/owners did a wonderful job of restoring, remodeling and making it to a store that actually accommodates the neighborhood with produce necessities. Clean, nicely organized, fresh and offers a lot of variety fresh and homemade food. Absolutely loved it and will for sure come back when in the neighborhood. Nice surprise, really happy to see this nice change and reasonable prices. Keep it up.”
“One of the best places you can go for wine in Glendale is Rosso Wine Shop. It's a friendly neighborhood wine shop in Glendale. They have a great selection of Italian wines and little bit of everything else including csome charcuterie and cheeses. With tables inside and outside you can find a spot to drink, eat, and unwind at Rosso Wine Shop. Ask for Tom or Jeff. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices and wines span the gamut from daily drinker to collectible. Just tell them what you are looking for, they will help you!”

“The Glendale Jon’s is the best of all Jon’s I’ve shopped. It might be because the population in Glendale is European and they favor homestyle foods. The ready to go case had the best cabbage rolls, the tabouli isn’t soggy like other, the hummus is creamy, just to name a few items I couldn’t resist. Overall this Jin’s is my favorite location. I’ll return. Jon’s overall has a great selection of produce and bake goods and lots more.”
