I trust them with all my designer shoes. For designer shoes, it might take more then 3-4 days to get the shoes back, but for an amazing job, what is an extra 2 days?”

“Visited this store for the first time today (Oct 13, 1:20pm). Got a cute pair of velvety Mary Janes. All three of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. “Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”

“We had an amazing experience at this store (Abasi Shoes). It is very difficult to find the right shoes for my wife, who has walking difficulties. Although the first time at this store, we got personalized and very thoughtful service . Hovik and his helper did the utmost to accommodate our needs. “I went in very late one evening looking for a posh outfit for the following day. I was frazzled and Diana asked if she could help. I know zero about fashion but I trusted her immediately. Some of the things she choose were very outside my comfort zone and she happily brought me items that were spot on. Hamlet offered to jump in and before I knew it, without any sales pressure whatsoever, I had been styled and I purchased the clothes that I loved and the “scary” ones. They didn’t rush me and we’re very honest about what would (and would not) look good on me. I appreciated their honestly and that allowed me to grow into “owning my new look.” Compliments galore. “Pretty decent clothing store in the galleria. It's mostly a shoe store however they have a fair amount of clothes as well. One thing that stood out from the get-go was that they had nike tech color-ways that no other store had, they weren't available online either so that was pretty neat. If you want a refresh from the old generic shoes and clothes from footlocker, champs, etc I say you give this place a visit you'll find items available no where else. Definitely give this place a shot.”

“*READ ENTIRELY, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR* So I called in to check if they had the New Balance 9060's in black & white in stock and I was told they did. Within minutes of walking in, I was greeted and helped immediately.Unfortunately, the representative misheard the color of the shoe I was looking for because when I went in, they didn't have the shoe on display. I was told they didn't have the shoe, which bummed me out. After talking to Luis --the store manager -- for a few minutes, he was determined to help me find the shoe. They had the shoe in stock but it was not in the size I was looking for. Not only did he check their stock, but he went above and beyond to help me find another location that did have it. While I didn't know how the shoes ran in sizing, I tried on the smaller size of the shoe I was looking for, and they fit like a glove!While determining whether or not I should go to another location to pick up a bigger side, a female associate talked to me and gave me her input of what I should do. She was very helpful and kind! Altogether, I had a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this location.”

“The stylists are super helpful and always mention the discount when signing up for emails. I think I know my style pretty well but they manage to surprise me and come up with pairings that are delightful and on point that I wouldn't consider but are so me??? I know my style but they know their store inventory well and it wouldn't be on my radar. It's not as though they pull expensive things for you either; it's tailored to your form. They know your exact size, colors that flatter, and it just so happens it's on sale/clearance (even better; they even share that excitement with you/seem more excited than you do when a sale outfit really works). They're super nice and helpful without being too helpful to where it's not helpful. There's plenty of clearance sales that makes their original price affordable. When you look at rtw "luxury" brands like Rochas, even with current season's new attempted-revival designer, it's very comparable in design, composition and fabrication. I also love their location specific design houses which makes them unique. They're owned by h&m so yes, they're similar to a lot of that lineage of retailers (COS, Cheap Monday, etc.)Yes their original prices can be pricy (but in the h&m family, it is more than h&m but not as much as COS). But, like anywhere, you can still score some great deals. Some of my most favorite, beloved pieces are from here.”

“Since it has been over 20 years since i have been into the Galleria, i had forgotten that Clark's was here near the Spectrum store as well as very close to the new (to me) Food court.Clark's is a British company that started in the 1820's and featured at that time shoes made for English school children. They also made the now famous "Mary Jane," strap shoes for boys which were ultimately deemed inappropriate for the Brit school children.See Clark's Wikipedia page for the storied history of this longstanding, still surviving Shoe manufacturer and retailer: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C.…In any event i needed a replacement for my now grubbed up, scuffed and beat up pair of urban hiking shoes: made by Clark's. So in i went in search of same. Sadly, these particular pair were no longer available. But what were available still after many years? Authentic Clark's Desert boots which are so far out of fashion that they are back in. And for some reason they were 40% off on some groovy colors. I choose a dusty mustard color. And they are very cool.I also bought a replacement for my dead dog hiking shoes which are working just fine.The Service in this shoe store is far removed from what i remembered from years ago. Years ago the salesman would help you on with your shoes, sitting in a stool looking thing. But that time is gone i guess except in Nordstrom.Now the salesman brought out what i wanted to try on and i wrestled them on. Sad i think that the personal kind of service is gone.Pricing is actually good: not too out of line meaning around 100- 200 bucks for these types of casual shoes.I like my desert boots so much i am going to come back in for other colors.Cheers!”
