Usually I don't like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable I've ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.”

“This place is awesome near the Food Court. It's a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macy's several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macy's send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. That's more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me.I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes it'll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch.The next time I need to watch I'm going back to "Keeping Time" for sure.Best $35.00 I ever spent.”

“I have been coming to Helzberg Diamonds for years because I love the quality and beauty of all their jewelry. I came in on my anniversary and Mary assisted us as she has before.
In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options. I was soooo happy walking or should I say, skipping out of Helzberg with my new beautiful upgraded Diamond ring! My husband and I were so pleased! Especially me! I think the food court heard my excitement when I left! Thank you Mary and Helzberg associates for another beautiful experience. I will definitely be back!”
“Shout out to David. We needed my engagement ring re done and he took the princess cut diamond and remade the whole thing while keeping the design the exact way we wanted. I was so happy and impressed. It took a lot longer than expected but 5 stars all around! He made wax molds and showed us throughout the process and we made small changes and he was more than happy to create a new mold to show us to make sure it was perfect before he actually custom built the ring. He then pointed us in the right direction for ring insurance, which I really appreciated.”

When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I told her we were just browsing so she left us be.
