“Friendly people, a nice taqueria, hot deli. Prices on groceries are a little high, but that could just be America at this point.
The butcher shop is great, and a great value. Especially don’t miss the house-made salsa.”

“Good local grocery shop, not the cheapest but pretty consistent. Good deli shop. My suspicion is the manager only hires women, but I'm not complaining. I have a crush on the short older woman, but she's married so that's a non-starter.”

“The nicest store owner! We randomly stopped in Gonzales on a trip, and happened to stop into this market to buy waters. The owner gave my toddler a monkey toy and was so kind. We made sure to stop by again on the way home.”
