“As a long time shopper of Grocery Outlet I was ecstatic when they opened one up in Soledad. previously the nearest was a 45 min commute to Salinas. For those unfamiliar it's a store that may or may not have what you are looking for but if they do (bread, produce and alcohol aside) the prices are often far more reasonable than the grocery store. My approach when it's grocery time is to first stop at Grocery Outlet, get the items or brands you need that are available and address the delta at a nearby more costly grocery store where you get the remaining items. That combination ensures you are saving more each month as a result. For those things they do carry, the prices are often much less. And on occasion priced too good to be true, when that happens look carefully at the expiry. Even in those moments I am content buying a container of orange juice for half the price even if I know it will expire in two days. More often than not it will not last longer than that anyway. They often have some off the wall brands of things like ice cream but admittedly It was what introduced me to Brave Robot Blue berry pie ice cream and Ample Hills Gooey Butter Cake ice cream. Both absolute knocks out of the park and doubly so with them being $2.50 a container. You may have to scrutinize the price and product but after a while it's second nature and you will be hard pressed to save as much. I imagine this is exponentially better if you have a large family.Lastly, this location specifically, the owners recognize law enforcement and military personnel and will issue you a hard card that can be used for a $3.00 discount on a $35 bill every shopping visit. They also offer periodic receipt coupons for $5.00 on a specific amount. If you plan to shop there anyway it's just an added savings bonus. This may not be for everyone but I for one appreciate it and absolutely love having one 15 mins away. Thank you Grocery Outlet.”

“Came here for business trip then I m here again driving from SF to LA. This is a must stop area for everyone. They serve the best mexican foods including burrito, super burrito, gordita, cotel shrimps, so authentic...the ladies in kitchen have lots of love to provide with foods. Ideal place for quick stop, right off Front St exit by 101 freeway. My husband and I are satisfied, happy going home now.”

“They have really good deals. I don't buy much from here, but what I do buy is cheaper than anywhere else. They have a nice selection of stuff considering the size of the place.”

“This place is close to where I live so I go in here once in awhile if I'm too tired to walk down to Ralph's or drive to Trader Joe's for food. They have a decent selection of Lean Cuisine, soup, frozen pizza, ice cream, snacks, etc. and also do sell some produce like eggs, milk, onions and sliced turkey. The owners are both nice people and I would rather support this market which is a local small business, than spend my money at 7-11 or any other chain whenever possible. I'd probably be in here more often if they sold a larger selection of gluten free or dairy free food, as well as some more fruits or vegetables but hey, its a corner market with limited space, so I'm happy just to know it is there. They do sell wine, beer and other beverages. Overall, this market has a little bit of everything so if you're in the area, it is worth stopping by.”

“You know what...around here..kc gf.gonzales...this is the best store...it's not super clean but for the amount of people that come here..they do an okay job...I want to give a 1 star just because it happens far too many times where my garlic bread comes with no spread. I mean..whoever has that job....it's not that hard..picture included..our meal got ruined a few times because of this. Their marinated chicken is pretty good and their prices are the best before salinas”
