7430 Sierra Ponds Ln, Granite BayI was flying out to work a horse show for 2 weeks and looked at many dog kennels to watch my 9 year old dog. Most would have cost me more money to have my dog in a cage for 2 weeks than I pay for my horse to be boarded for 3 months. On top of it all, my dog has separation anxiety from being a pound puppy. So, finding a place that didn't just have her in a cage all the time was a must. Not only was this place affordable, but they had the option for my dog to be taken out on nature walks. Since my dog is used to being loose at all the barns I work at, this was perfect for her. When I picked her up, she was happy in great shape and even groomed. She looked like she was a puppy again. I highly recommend Granite Bay Kennels and will be using them again if I'm unable to bring my dog with me to the shows.

Gold Hill Canine
8005 Auburn Folsom Rd, Granite BayAshley at Gold Hill is amazing! He’s worked with 2 of my huskies Kylo and Padmé and worked wonders. Kylo went to Ashley’s as a one year old pup and is the best dog now. Well behaved and a pleasure to bring everywhere! Then Ashley worked with our 2 year old female rescue Padmé on her resource guarding where when she came home she started learning to share and not be so jealous and angry. I would recommend Ashley over and over again for even the most insanely hyper or agressive dogs. Don’t give up on your pup- take them to Ashley.

Kianna and Sierra were helpful in their recommendations and worked with my budget to have a nice variety. The crowd favorites were the eggplant parm and the sandwich tray. Our food was exactly as ordered and ready at the time we had arranged. I can't recommend their catering enough! Thanks to the whole Dominick's crew for the delicious food.

The Butter Chicken is tender, and the Tikka Masala is also very good. Their coconut and lemon rice are soft, fragrant, and pair perfectly with the entrées. The Eggplant Bharta is another dish we enjoy. The only thing we didn't love was the Mint Salmon, which we tried once and decided to skip on future orders. It's a reliable spot for tasty Indian takeout!
